To bad some people still live in denial, and dont know a fork must happen, one way or another.
This is the real threath bitcoin has today, those conversative people who think everything can still stay the same.

I dont blame bitcoin cash for forking earlier due to a very dumb approach to solve the problem in 100 steps everytime damaging the market.
Only segwit is no option for now.
First upgrade the mb size then, we can be creative again in finding new and better solutions in the future.
Instead of crippling bitcoin with segwit, to make it walk on one leg and starve into dead to make it faster kind of shit.

it's forking anyway but what they should've done is wait to see what effect or benefits segwit would have. if it was clear that it wasn't any type of magic bullet then they could fork and probably have way more support.

the timing of this is just dumb.

Timing?? They should have waited after segwit?
Then there is no difference with segwit2x anymore and two coins are the same if segwit2x also came in existence.
So there is no conflict then, only the first one to draw the fork.
And if i understood segwit well it is the stripping transactions of seemingly unnecessary data to make it go faster.
Why should anyone see that as an improvement? I would like to see a bitcoin sending as much as data as possible!
At lighting speed ofcourse.

I love this project, this is what bitcoin is supposed to be all about: the community. !!!

This is not about the community. It's all about the miners. The community dont support the raise of the blocksize. It is not healthy for the decentralization

Why not how can something hard coded be more democratic than something dynamic coded.
What i understood is that miners set the size in their command line either provided by the mining software or the user himself. People can always select exchanges that offer less size. This is just a new trend in the market.
You act like it's private healthcare or something...

Satoshi's vision was to never create a second version/chain, you are betraying all of the things he stood for. his vision was to have a consensus and the majority chain be the Bitcoin, why don't you let the majority decide? you are forking anyways without the majority say so.
This is the style of US veto everything related to Israel in UN, we already hate your guts.

Good point if there wasnt already a segwit 2x planned.
The original plan was to do an hard fork next month for setwit 2x.
Segwit softfork isn't a solution it's temporary.

I agree a hardfork isn't a good thing a should be avoided anytime. But better now and not also a month later.
In the end bitcoin cash is the single step solution if it's like the proposed it.

Is there someone who actionally knows how its gonna happen?
Last thing i understood segwit will automaticly split-off bitcoin cash.
But this can't be tru right? Bitcoin cash cant suddenly left behind (as some softfork) looks it also needs to be hard forked.
So we have 3 coins very soon, today or tommorow? And also the segwit 2x next month?
If thats the case the surprise of the first initiative is already lost, or not?

I am getting the impression that not al technological advancements are on the table yet.
Next to a moral war its also played technological. If thats the case the surprise of the first initiative is already lost, or not?

Who cares about dev while a lot of projects (or almost all projects) will fail in the future. People are in crypto not for technology they are here to make money. Expanse is not an exception.

Someone must really hate expanse though(must be a whale) or something else is going on.
Today i bought in three times with full force without bid.
Three times i saw 1 min later the price dropped very fast at once and the my buy in was capped with 6000 exp for sale or something like that.

I saw these things also in the past and it keeps cost me money. Things i do not see as often with other coins.
I love the project though but i must say that i have many doubts everytime i see it.
Normally i am long term trader so i dont mind it doesnt affect me then, but on the short term its really annoying.
Expecailly when i am making good profits with XRP Margins and think exp might rise and i am dumped on again.
It must be a short term thinker also whoever is doing this.
That why i dont think it is the development team, their only motivation could be keeping the price lower than ETC/ETH due to lack of development.
IT must be a team of another coin who is fending of short term investors away from EXP and can afford some of the losses that can occur.
Or maybe its just polinex, to be honest i saw it a little with other coins to, but EXP has the highest impact with this.

To bad the block explorer doesn't show stats yet.
I would like to see how the 2m coins on poliniex have risen over time and are now transferred to wallets.
It think it's strange that there are sudden dumps and high sell orders when news is out.
Yesteday I saw somewhere around 139000 or so an sell order of 6000 exp.
Hopefully we can also track the poliniex accounts in the future to see if its the same wallet all over again.

Until I openend the borderless app after many delays and found out that even the about button dit not work.
I quickly dumped my coins. Now I hate it.

This is not how a trustmachine should work. This eesentialy the value of the blochain. Putting value In trust.

There's a growing community that supports this project myself included. If you don't like the project then place your sells in polo and move on.

I left the community. The coin hasnt got the slightest clue what the power of crypto can do.
It can create something as a direct democracy but then in monetary term, a direct monetary system with a several monetary backers.
At start it Looks like a decent vision, but after waiting for over a year for something to happen.
And see the community bashing everybody for a shitty product, its clear this has nothing to do with charity.

I saw the first pump, in total there where 4 big pumps.
And they all rose to a volume off 1m trade and go back to several ten Thousand in volume.
Where are all the people each time, do they flee in a few days, or are the devs dumping their own coins?
For me it doesnt even resemble something charity can do

I have noticed some FUD that is so far off base I had to respond. They might just be ignorant however, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

This is why I created the Newsletter.

I see some fud around this coin that interest me. I wonder where its coming from.
Look like some organised people are afraid for a coin without ICO.
Maybe expanse is to progressieve and eats of some of the standaard profitmodels.
But I am just a noob with an instinct.

Is it just me or are my eyes deceiving me?
Or do i really see many people mining 1000's of these coins per day at pools and they can be sold for 80 cents on bitrex and poliniex.
How can this be? Or are the pools giving me the wrong numbers. This means 800 dollar per day and thus they end of crypto?
No cant be!!!

I am a little bit dissapionted until now that GM hasnt provided miners with bitcoin contracts the opportunity to switch.
There must be a lot of people, almost everybody i think that are unable to make profit on bitcoin right now.
A good cloud mining company cares about it's own long-term goals and offers something in return.
OR most people already left the contract.

My opioning of GM at the moment is that they are focused on short term profits and eventuelly they do the same with X11 and Etherium.
With attracting less and less people because they are setting up investment plans where they already know for 80% there own investment is a bad one.
And GM is correct i that didnt pay attention when signing(i didnt know of the halving, last year), but i have enough profits earned with trading, so its no problem. I also have enough opportunities with x11 to made a big profit, if i just saved it. But still my opioning if GM wants to offer services they must see everyone with bitcoin contracts is affected now? And action must be taken to preserve?

In the past GM treated me well( more or less) to offer me a small free bitcoin contract to compensate for the losses somewhere in March of the low bitcoin price, without ever asking for it.

Any reason to continue support that against ETH? Burn electricity and lost money only now here. Of course you are pump it again same time but in the end its would be the same like FrankoCoin

Same here, 2 months mining .....of course iits because of btc pump, but .....the price is 40k sato now...
If Franko and his team wants to make a normal real project (about what they are often telling in their interview),they are must cary about market cap like that make all another devs. (ETH,DGB,SC,GAME,AMP etc ....) Here since start 200+ K price and down down down down..........

It makes no sense. Expanse is de next best thing to etherium with a low coin volume.
It has good marketing and has a good marketname to invest in.
Last March was the last good month from there it went down.

The rumors I heard that month was that there are on poliniex chat a lot of people who don't like Franco. I came from nowhere.
They use it like it's some sort of mafia name. The strange thing is Vitalic has the same issue a while ago but people forgot.

The thing I find intriguing about Expanse is that there are only 2.4m EXP in circulation.

Even if you add the Dev Fund remaining 641k

its an extremely small amount of coin compared to others

If and when something good or great happens - it will go up fast and very high.

Only time will tell - but thats my hunch.......

There is about 12million exp total and the team has control of 11million of um and has been selling hence the low price now... this coins been busted and has no chance just easier to make another clone and start a new scam

Is there any prof of this? The first time I bought exp I alreeds saw that. But people said a reserve is good for a coin and this one was Dao.
That why iam holding thousants of exp right now. But I saw that the first riser of exp far more exp were traden than there was volume.
Estimated This was more than 500.000 dollars traded at a exp price around 10 cents. This means 5 miljon were traded( 10 cents x 500.000 dollar) so the reserve the DOA had cant be as big any more. And this is just based on coinmarketcap. The real trading volume was much higher. The second big pump was even more a traded max of 1.500.000 miljon on a price of 40. This means Another 3 miljon coins traded. So if the reserve was 12 miljon. It cant be more than 7 miljon now. Unless they buyed back or have a re serve stake of soms sort. In reality a reserve close to 3 miljon is more realistic I think. The next pump can cause reserves to drain maybe.

when is the news expected?

As i see it expanse isnt taken into the 6th update and is to be scheduled for the 7th with other coins.
It can take a while before that happends, maybe a month.
Or maybe Microsoft doesnt want anymore because they dropped bitcoin and expanse was about to...
Or they will be added extra because a confirmation was already given.
Then it can be this week.
The last option seems most valid to me.

How does one get into the BaaS program? Expanse is on the template list but for some reason hasnt been "added"

Marley Gray [marleyg@MSFT] > Defaced  • 7 days ago
I'll include it in the next update. Make sure you put keywords like blockchain in your ARM template.

I have two Nvidia cards 970gtx running.
They give a hashrate of 37MH on a PCI expres port 2.0.
On a good day they run 50MH at max.
I dont know how much it does on 3.0 but i think its not much more!

I hope genesis mining offers a swap proposal or another good minable coin to keep up the contracts.
Zetacoin is very unpredictible in hashrate and unobotanium should not be high, if it is high something is wrong because the coin sees itself as very exclusive. Like the caviaar under the coins.
I feel a little bit cheated. If i did more homework how the hashrate would evolve i wouldnt buy sha256 hashrate.
What i've heard the block size debate also has a big impact on mining. If they increase it factor 2x no mining on bitcoin is good anymore i fear.
The decision will come this summer at the least. Genesis mining must knew about this. For me it looks like they bet against the costumer with more inside knowledge.
