Thanks both!

So you think the cause of the problem is not related to the Weight of my blocks.

I did repair my wallet and, even though my mac should automatically sync the time with the network, it appears my clock was way off.  Cry

`$ sudo ntpdate -u time.euro.apple.com
22 Jan 11:44:40 ntpdate[48904]: step time server 17.253.54.125 offset -58.859095 sec
`
I'll try modifying /etc/ntp.conf to specify shorter minpool and maxpool, hopefully that will sync my clock more often.
Guess I'll have to wait and see if any new minted blocks get accepted.

Hi presstab and hello to the HyperStake community. I've been watching and investing in HYP for almost 3 years and believe this to be one of the most interesting and successful experiments in the field of hyperinflation in cryptocurrency.

I have a question regarding one of my wallets that went offline a year ago but recently I've been able to bring it back online and sync it. My blocks now have a very high Age and Weight, and I can see new minting transactions being generated, but not accepted by the network. Is this because the weight is too big? Should I split all my blocks now and start fresh?

Hello! I got a question, when using the qt wallet's coin control function to split blocks, are any of the addresses in the key pool used ?

You will still enter the destination address that you want them to be split to. All of the coins will be sent to that single address. Here is a quick youtube video showing how it works https://youtu.be/6H4Xi3zr21g

Excellent, thanks!
I asked that because i'm running 2 wallets (one on a vps and one on my desktop) and I encrypted the one on my desktop but left the other one unencrypted, and I was worried about where change goes sent to & stuff since encryption clears the address buffer pool. Soo.. long as I use coin control I should be fine.

Hey guys - FSC to FSC2 exchange will be back.  We had to stop for Bittrex registration but we'll be putting up some new ways to exchange.  Hang in there.

We should have some new things coming next week.

That's great!

Where can I exchange my FSC for FSC2 ? Can't find the link anymore on the OP or website...

this is what someone told me to do  ltc to btc to fsc2

    https://www.swisscex.com/market/FSC_LTC

Yeah, but what the direct exchange from FSC to FSC2 ? They said that this direct exchange will be possible for as long as it takes for the FSC2 premine amount to dry up. (estimated 40 billion FSC). Was that volume reached?

When normally spending money from the wallet (not coin-control), do newer (less confirmations) coins get spent first?
Yes. It is even written straight on the wallet.

Thank you!
Lol, I didn't know, I only use the headless linux wallet, so I don't have coin control. But I think I can manage without GUI and CC.
PS: Would be *awesome* if some coin-control functions would be exposed via wallet rpc.

Hello!
Didn't get the chance to look over the code yet... I got a question:
When normally spending money from the wallet (not coin-control), do newer (less confirmations) coins get spent first? Or is it the other way around?

I'm adapting a program made for Philosopherstone, for use with HyperStake, but I ran into a problem.  Alchemist requires the rpcport of the coin, but I can't find this for HyperStake anywhere.  Anybody out there know it?

port 18777 for live, 28776 for testnet
