Re: Crpyto Hype seems to be over?

Its been 2-3 months, and the market size is not increasing, I am worried the fact if I shall continue to look at this market.

So many people want to earn million immediately. But it like lottery. Those who win are just lucky guys. Winklevoss brothers keep calm as we see but those who have bought at 20.000 not so confident of profit

I just googled that, they are billionaires now LOL

Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future?

Its very less likely to happen in my opinion, because bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and it is the main source to trade into other coin. The presence of bitcoin is very strong.

Re: Tether: not even a scam
by
mersmerizer
on 01/02/2018, 23:53:11 UTC
The biggest problem about tether is that Tether is owned by Bitfinex, and Owner refuse to acknowledge this and tried to hide it before!!
I am suspecting that Bitfinex needed money to run due to a huge loss on its previous hacker attack. Maybe they lied and there is actually more than 30% of bitcoin is being stolen, but they could not risk and say the full amount, because this might lead to more problem where consumer losing trust to Bitfinex. So what I believe is that Bitfinex is using tether to finance its situation, and this working scheme continuously print free money and scam people.

Re: Trading alts/btc can be treated like full time job/real business?
by

Trading is definitely a full time job, but its a lot more riskier and stressful. Unless you are a pro and know what you are doing and have been trading for years, I would reconsider trading as a full time thing. Trading is extremely unpredictable and there is no guarantee that you will make a profit. Making it your primary source of income would only add to the stress.

Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin?
by

on 25/05/2017, 03:03:49 UTC
I wouldnt put anymore than 70% of my money into bitcoin. it is still important to diversify into other investments such as stocks and ETFs even though they might not be as profitable or exciting as bitcoin. Putting your eggs in 1 basket puts your risk insanely high especially if you all in on bitcoin.

Re: Crypto Currency Trading
by

I praise of crypto, because it is a new technology and every new technology have a lot attraction, and people use it and realize is it give us benefits or not?
Than crypto is best choice to start a way to earn money. I am talking about trading and gambling. But in trading when we spend a lot of time and gain experience, than we start to earn from it surely. But in gambling, it is risk and our experience don't matter in it, we earn from gambling only our luck base.
yeah you are right that crypto currency is the new technology and there is bitcoin is much more trusted than other trading or other coins and bitcoin trading is very much profitable way for jobless or student also earning good income .

If you're working while you're as student here or related to crypto then you will surely be rich after a few years. Right now you are working for a small pay but when you wait a long time the prices will go up really high and your money will double in no time.
Much more good idea than investing for nothing..
Well since bitcoin is increasing fast investing your money can gives you benefits of the price increase and trading can help if know what altcoin is the best to invest since the price also of altcoin was increase too fast.. while bitcoin is increasing too.. so if you doing altcoin trading you can triple the benefits.
Buying and holding bitcoin or any altcoins seems to make the most money. if you bought and held ripple for more than a month, you would have 100x your initial investment. trading small trends for profit isnt worth it because of spread and commission. better and easier just to buy and hold.

Trading is more of an artform than a science. its not very reliable for income and you have to be extremely good at it to be successful in the long run. unfortunately many people get lured into trading by marketers who claim they can turn you into a millionaire just from working from home. its not that simple and it rarely happens. Investing is a much better option than trading and unfortunately most people only realize this after they lose money.

Trading is the best way to increase your bitcoins, but only if you are good at what you are doing. If youre not good at trading, its a great way to lose your bitcoins as well.

Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this??
by

Hold onto them! I can't stress this enough. Bitcoin has so much potential and it is only just beginning to show with the approval from Japan and Philipines. Australia is also trying to implement bitcoins into their economy as well. Try not to pay attention to what the speculative media is saying and dont worry about the price. Bitcoin has a ton of more room to grow, all you have to do is to hold it until it.

Worst decision I've made is to skip out of bit coin when it was back at the drawback when it was around the 300 price. I had a gut feeling it was going to recover and make higher gains. I just couldnt find the balls to actually buy in.

Re: Bitcoin's Next Direction 2017 Predictions
by
mersmerizer
on 08/05/2017, 23:14:25 UTC
I have a hard feeling that there will be a good correction price of King BTC. May be $900-$1100, what do you guys think? In crypto , it is quite normal. But BTC is becoming stable. So far I have made some profit by trading, not that much cause I am new

I do not think Bitcoin will touch $900 during the correction.  I think the lowest possible price if correction occur would be $1300 but I think Bitcoin will stay around $1500 for sometime before going in to $2000.  I do believe it is possible to have $2000 btc at the end of the year because of the good news on Bitcoin adoption .

Bitcoin price as of today is $1677/btc. there is only 300 more to go until BTC hits the $2000 dollar mark. A 1300 correction could but the way prices are looking right now, I think bitcoin is more likely to hit $2000 before making any major corrections.

If you want a stable income you should look into high paying dividend stocks and build a portfolio of them. you should try to arrange your portfolio so that you receive dividend payments regularly throughout the year. of course this takes a lot of initial capital if you want to live off of this sort of income

Re: Why Bubbles Can Be Good - Using Bitcoin's 2011 Bubble
by
mersmerizer
on 08/05/2017, 22:24:26 UTC
So about this here bitcoin bubble we're inflating.  It is a bubble in the making, but I see this as people playing with monopoly money.  Bitcoin isn't a stock, and hopefully people aren't mortgaging their houses to buy crypto.  If we crash back down to $420 tomorrow, I won't have lost much money and it will have been a good ride.  But if the stock market crashed, I'm a bit screwed, as are millions of people who own stocks or have 401(k)s.
And for this very simple reason the SEC wont approve bitcoin ETF this time around. But you have to take note that it has become a parallel economy which is into billions of dollars and it might create a ripple effect in the entire financial sector at one point,i am not telling that we are seeing that now,but in the future we might feel the consequence.

The SEC won't approve BTC ETFs because it can't control BTC. Bitcoin price variability does still seem to be susceptible to manipulation by organizations who control a large portion of the mining machines, or people who have very large stockpiles of bitcoins.

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?
by
mersmerizer
on 12/04/2017, 23:53:40 UTC
There isnt really an answer for this question. There are pros and cons with saving and investing. it really depends on what you want to do with your money. Do you want to save it for a rainy day? well probably better to save it or invest in something low risk with a guaranteed lower return. do you want to make a lot of capital gains with your money? you should maybe try trading or investing it into something more volatile
