I have ticket open Jan 9, and another opened Jan 18 for a separate withdrawal. Not a single reply. The first ticket is 2 weeks ago.
Since last update, 4 more cases have been added.

Almost two months later and I still don't have my withdrawal from Cryptopia. They acknowledged that there was a problem with the withdrawal three weeks ago, but still haven't sent the coins. What a joke.
me too... since 1st week of Jan '18 til now.. still waiting my coins send to my cryptopia acc.

i was deposit 20 BIS coins on 22 Jan.. but until now it doesnt show up on cryptopia... already open ticket 3 days ago.. still nothing happen with my BIS balance

i just try to mine bismuth at eggpool with rx580, first mining all is good 650mhs each card but getting down to 400mhs then the miner is not working any more please share the config setting for rx580, thank you
