How do faucets do the "direct weekly payouts"?

How do the top faucets do it? I have a script with payments to blockchain wallet directly, but fees are too high for single withdrawals. I want to know how the weekly payments are done. Willing to pay someone for a solution, or if they can change my script to payout directly and use a micro payment processor (Xapo, epay, faucethub etc.)

If you require registration for a low-paying faucet, you can kiss your traffic goodbye. I hate joining sites that require registration unless the risk is worth the reward. For instance, I have no idea what the hell admins will do with my email address, and I hate when I start receiving junk mail from a site without opting into it in the first place. Now when a site asks me to register, I laugh at 'em, especially if they are a low-paying site. And I know I'm not alone when it comes to this.
That for prevent bots, and you can create email address for this prosperous only. 

Yup. Non-faucet owners don't know the pain of preventing bots. I don't plan to do any thing with the emails I get, just to prevent bots.

Is traffic from russian faucet rotators worth it?

Recently got added to one russian faucet rotator. I'm getting lots more traffic but no clicks from them, they just come and claim all my satoshis. Any suggestions on what to do? Anyone else have the same experience?

Cool site, your logo and name is creative. I think there should be a list of faucets in your rotator at the bottom.
