We are competing in the DARPA Robotics Challenge and are one out of 100's of teams that made it to the semi-finals. The amazing thing is that we did all this without funding and through volunteer efforts. To go further we are, however, going to need some funding.

Is the difficulty/utc/day calculator broken? I am on utc.pool.pm and at my hashrate should be getting +50 coins per day. I got about 30 in 24hrs. I know there is no way to know exactly, with fluctuating difficulty but it should not be that far off.
Pools have been going down off and on, whats your khash? I've only been netting about 25 or so at 680khash

still keeping an eye on things. Seems to have smoothed out somewhat and nice to see more pools.
Question though.
How long is the "invite only" pool going to have more than 50% of the network? They have had more than 50% for 20 hours about. It started at 80%!? I notice they have found more than double the blocks of any other pool.
I had just thought more than 50% to a single place wasn't great. I would not feel comfortable mining, yet, until hash rate is divided enough to be fair.
I think you are forgetting. This is a coin for the community... the community of devs, and stakeholders, and elite Follows typical human behaviour
yo hoo, bumface! you can dump all your coins!!! WOO HOO
my selling goal is 10 dollar per UTC, and i can afford to wait
I hope I can get paid ~35k to be completely disorganized and let an elite few solo-mine the shit out of a coin, then let others join in. Ok, that is my venting for the day. Peace
If you guys do not know how to solomine then you should not have waited till launch to try to figure it out. You could have experimented and figured out how to set it up on any other coin. I understand the frustrations but, SHEESH. It does suck that the pool is not open, we all would benefit from that, and there is not really an excuse, but hey, life ain't fair.
p.s. if anyone wants to use that scrypt, I will give you my ip to fill in above in place of the 127.0.0.1
do i need to replace 127.0.0.1 into my own ip address? or juts use 127.0.0.1? thanks !
No, 127.0.0.1 is your IP address, it is localhost. The way it works is that your wallet connect to the network and downloads blockchain data. Your miner is mining that data on your local machine.
I believe this is similar to how pools work, they just have a fancy web interface to interact with.
In my previous post, I was joking that someone could mine on my wallet, help me get some coins ya know
So does your wallet have to be open when you're mining?
