fyi:

opened a ticket after my deposit from 3/1/2018 didn't show up till today on cryptopia. Here is an answer from support:

Thank you for contacting Cryptopia support.   After looking at your transaction on the block explorer I can see there is an issue. For this reason I have passed this issue on to be investigated further and resolved. Please keep this ticket open for further communication, we will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.

Hopefully the answered and mentioned that there is a problem. Hope the will fix it =)

Well, we cannot rely on cryptopia. I'll mine a few more ELLAs and hold them. I prefer to mine something I can move faster. It's really a shame because I like ellaism principles.

Poloniex doesn't need a fee according to them, nevertheles, is not easy to get their approval.

BTW Ellagem is giving me "Ellaism node connection error", unistalled and installed again and still isn't working.

I had the same issue. I had to uninstall and delete the Parity folder (in AppData/roaming...backup your keys before doing this) before reinstalling.

Thanks!

It's hard to ignore that the lack of other big exchanges are a problem. What about a pool fee for listing fee in another exchange?
