Whoa, I have never heard of being blocked on bitcointalk for making to many accounts. I got to say, if they banned you from making anymore you must have an insane amount of accounts already. I dont think anyones gonna help you make more accounts unless you paid upfront.
Have you bought your account ? Its pretty suspicious that an hero doesn't know that... If you create multiple account ( 10 or 15 ? ) you will be blocked until you pay a very small fees ( 500 or 600 satoshi = 0,1 or 0,2 dollars)
