Hey had a few attempts at this, I'll admit I'm a newbie here but I love the direction this coin is going!
I went for a minimal approach as the application of the logo would be as an icon and small screens so it has to be able to scale down while retaining the image. I also included comparisons next to well known currency symbols as I think its important to establish a professional identity as crypto will be the currency of the future. I chose a green colour palette keeping with the theme of environmentally friendly.

Question: How is this going to be judged? Will OP decide the winners or is it being left to vote by community?
PS: If the devs are interested in having their website redesigned too I'd be up for it for a couple masters

I want to win too, but I must admit that I really like your first submission. Good luck, mate.
Sometimes, simple things are the most appealing ones. If you have to see the logo every single day, I think that the following example will do it better. No more overloaded designs, life is too short for that.

Right now I am just experimenting for the fun of it. I like this solid look that suggests the shape of a banknote.

About my previous post... If we add some binary code (like in the original logo), it can have some fun applications. In this case for example, I wrote "eco love" in binary.

Allow me to participate, guys. I wanted to keep it as simple and legible as possible.
A few details:
I add three variants, without shadows, parallel shadow and area shadow.

A few details:
- Two tones of green, that emphasize the "eco-friendly" idea.
- The interior design tries to simulate the veins of a leaf.
- Circular shape, that refers you to both "coin" and "planet" concepts.
- It happened casually, but if you really search for details, the veins form a V of victory, like in wrist watches advertisings.
