The block source seems to be fading in and out.  Anyone else have there blockchain falling behind?  Do I need to add a new node?

@INCAWARRIOR: Not anymore, I seem to be solving just about every block with only one Antminer!  Probably a dead coin and I'm solo mining but it's nice to see that balance skyrocketing :-)

In the event you have problems compiling (like I'm having with the latest Git clone), here is a tarball of my source dir.  You should be able to just cd into it and run "qmake && make"

What is your linux distribution? I'm lame/newbie for linux, but one of my partion has Ubuntu 14.10. If your linux wallet is compatible for that, could you send me it?

(sorry for my english...)

I am running Xubuntu 14.04 so you will probably have different versions of the libs.  Best bet is to compile:

#Install prereqs:
sudo apt-get install qt4-qmake libqt4-dev build-essential libboost-dev libboost-system-dev \
        libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-program-options-dev libboost-thread-dev \
        libssl-dev libdb++-dev libminiupnpc-dev crypto++

#clone the Git repo:
git clone https://github.com/Fluxworth/Flux.git

#enter the newly cloned Flux source directory
cd Flux

#fix the permissions on on the leveldb build script
chmod +x src/leveldb/build_detect_platform

#compile
qmake
make

#After a few minutes of compiling, you should have a newly created Flux-QT executable which you can start:
./Flux-QT &

Ok, ok, I'll jump back into this coin.  I've got a few GHs to spare.  Sure would be nice to have an exchange with some buy orders though :-)

So I don't understand who would be on the wrong blockchain.  My wallet is currently at around 43,524.  Pool.mn is on the same block.  Up until the other day, I have been able to deposit and withdraw at Allcoin.  So where is the breakdown?  I know it's probably true that the coin is dead, but shit, it seems like it's dying for no apparent reason.

Hi,

Windows wallet or other? My windows wallet is on block 144749.

Holy shit!  That has got to be the original blockchain.  I'm running the Linux client compiled straight from Github.

Nevermind on the nodes.  I found one pool at I could download the blockchain from and everything else synced up.  Now I have seven connections and everything is looking good

Are there any nodes I can add?  I haven't started my wallet for quite a while and now I can't get any connections.

I'm not sure what everyone is freaking out about, those libraries may have been included but not needed, that doesn't mean they are trojans.  Those are all legitimate dll which is frequently used by many opensource altcoin wallets and miners.  Anyone that would like to review the source can do so on github: https://github.com/coffeecoin01/coffeecoin

A 3 posts newbie that knows so much about altcoins....tell me just one more coin that uses jansson.dll please.
Hello devs sockpuppy, how many newbie 1,2,3 posts accounts did you made to spam this thread with false info?

I cannot speak for the dev, I do not know them.  But I do know that the jansson library is completely benign.  It is used in miners like sph-sgminer and is just for parsing JSON data.  It's source can be seen on github at https://github.com/akheron/jansson

Ok, so my mining is paying out .0001CC per accept.  Any faster way to get some of these things?
