NemosMiner-v1.7.5-ZPOOL

update to EWBF +2%speed (equihash)
added separate .bat file for 1050ti,1060,1070,1080ti more accurate speeds..
add sp-mod to the miners so users have the option instead of alexis78..
add Device Command to select certain gpus
added custom -i intensities for each card (1050ti,1060,1070,1080ti)

NemosMiner-v1.7.2-MPH

update to EWBF +2%speed (equihash)
add sp-mod to the miners so users have the option instead of alexis78..
update to ccminercryptonight

Great! Thanks a lot mate.

I'm currently having a look at the API and there's something I don't understand.

Quote
"bitcore":{
      "name":"bitcore",
      "port":3556,
      "coins":1,
      "fees":2,
      "hashrate":529168602,
      "workers":14,
      "estimate_current":"0.00015663",
      "estimate_last24h":"0.00015508",
      "actual_last24h":"0.17900",
      "hashrate_last24h":294483128.4,
      "rental_current":"0.23995455"
   },

It seems that "actual_last24h" is the same value as displayed on the website, however the "estimate_current" and "estimate_last24" seem to be by a factor of 1000? Is it a different unit?

Which value is used to compute the autoswitching?

Thanks!

First 2 are in BTC and actual_last24h is in mBTC

Re: 1080 TI Running HOT? 80 degrees?
by

Hey guys,

I recently got the Inno3d iChill X4 1080 TI, performance wise the card is doing good 710-730 sol/s on stock BUT with the fans at 100% temps are holding at 80*C which is too much for running 24/7 so I lowered the TDP to 80% and now the card is at a constant 70*C.
Should I buy a big-ass ventilator to blow in the PC? Will that lower the temps ?

Thanks

Return it if you can, because it's probably damaged or just terrible design. My MSI 1080Ti runs at 60 degrees @ 60% fanspeed and 50 degrees @ 100% fanspeed. 80 degrees on stock setting are absolutely unacceptable.

I realise this might just be me, but is there a reason why we're mining mobilecash, since it doesn't even pay anything (at least not for me). I realise some people have more hashrate and that they receieve some coins. but yeah.. I dont know

Same problem here, and the overall earnings last 24h are terrible. Dunno what is going on..

Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin.

Does anybody know if @miningpoolhub has ever explained how exactly is the norm. profit calculated? The explanation when hovering over norm. profit text doesn't give any specifics.

I'm watching whattomine.com every once in a while and they seem to be giving slightly different coins for NVIDIA every time I compare their recommendations to MPH.

For example now WTM says Vertcoin (that MPH offers also) is more profitable than ETH but in MPH ETH has norm. profit of 2.4 and Vertcoin 1.5. That's a quite the difference.

Because 1060 and 1070, and probably some other Nvidia cards are actually better at mining ETH.

The problem is hopefully zpool's code can handle it because there is no market for it basically.   I'm stopping all nist mining until we see what's going to happen.  There was virtually no market for the coin originally, I highly doubt there is one that's suddenly going to form after the release of 19 billion coins.

And it's 0 now...

Started mining DGB on my 1080Ti. So far at about $4 / day if it keeps up.  Smiley

Any better coin to mine right now?

Lol, if you're getting 4$ a day from 1080Ti you're doing something terribly wrong.

Im not familiar with that GPU but it could actually be too much OC w/o adding voltage/power limit. Try it on stock settings and you will know for sure.

Hi. I'd like to use your miner on ZPOOL. What's the most efficient way to benchmark my GPUs for all supported algos? Should I just look them up in zpool's benchmark section? Or is there a better way? Maybe run them one by one (but how to do this?) to test my actual speeds?

no need for benchmarks with nemo, benchmark stats are already in the .bat file and work for all nvidia cards

But i think some cards are significantly better in certain algos than others, and the result might not be optimal. I got 1080s and 1080Tis. Will it be ok on default settings?

Vann is correct and I have few on powered pc risers as I type

But i bet you have a newer MOBO with PCI-e 2.0 or 3.0 and i know these work just fine, but i have PCI-e 1.0 and it worries me. Guess nobody uses these anymore and i will just have to risk it and test for myself.

Mining SKEIN with 1080ti on PCI-e1 x1 slots?
by

Hi, I got some PCI-e1 x1 slots free on my rig and I'm wondering if i can buy 1x-16x risers and mine Skein on these slots using 1080Tis.
Now, I know PCI-e speed doesn't really have much to do with mining, but it's the slowest port you can get (only 250MB/s).
Is this good enough? Did anyone try this?
