Please tell me what is blockchain 4.0. Which kind of improvements blockchain 4.0 provides? How those upgrades are better than blockchain 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0? I don't believe in just an arbitrary name-calling like this, blockchain 4.0, does it make sense, technically?

If you join a bounty or have interest to join a bounty, you should pay your attention on its past operations. I meant if the bounty has run for weeks or months, you should check whether it delayed its payments for participants or not.
For example:
If a bounty originally announces that it will run from Jan. to Apr. (of 2019, for example), but then when April passed, there is no payments, and they announce to expand bounty for another 3 months. It is a good signal of bad bounty, and participants will highly not get payments at the end of that bounty.

I would love to see Ethereum takes off in ETH/ BTC pair because I can get double wins by increasing my balance in bitcoin and in fiats or USDT. I damn sure that Ethereum will - at least - move back to 0.05 BTC per ETH for sure.

If you don't have plans to trade daily, you should not store your money on exchanges. Because we all don't know what will happen, right? Binance is a reliable exchange, that compensate for users when the exchange or user account got hacked; but we should not expect such things all the time.

Right! Bear market makes people whom have spare money (hold USDT) happy because they have chances to buy at dips and take profits in short term. In contrast, bear market makes people whom hold bitcoin or altcoins dissapointed, especially if they bought those coins at high prices.

In order to be accept on Binance chance, team (if projects already listed on Binance), will have to pay fees for that. I don't think Binance chain will become big if fees are high and maintain at highs like we saw now. Binance is a good exchange, but if teams have to pay huge funds just to switch to Binance chain, I believe most of them will reject to do that.

Low-end hardwares or not, it does not matter. The matter is how to create and maintain good transaction speeds. I don't think that such things will depends totally on quality of hardwares. It is more depends on algorithm and difficulty adjustment algorithm. So, if developers can solve it, and control difficulty increases over time (not increasing too much), crypto currencies can be moved with low fees, and fast speeds; and transactions can be confirmed with low-quality hardwares.

Morever, for investors whom get losses within bear market, it is good time and good chance to learn from real lessons, not paper-based ones, and learn from them to avoid coming ones later. If someone get losses, it will be more heavily lessons for them to remember. Huge losses are hard to accept, so it will also help losers keep those stories deeply in their minds.

One of the most ridiculous and bitter facts is that when bear market comes to the end, people nearly have no spare funds to invest.
