I would like to have NLpool.NL to have a piece of that cake with all those nice high hashrate miners.    

We already have Smartcash and Maxcoin in our pool for over a year with the Keccak algo and we have the Blake2S coins like XVG / XSH and Neva. ... the other coins are to small for Blake2s.
Tonight i will add some extra coins for the MYR-Gr algo .... so that we have the complete set for you guys to mine.

Project description:

Currently (Q4 2018) the cryptomarket is in cowboy state. The exchange rates of bitcoin are low and many altcoins are under market pressure. On the exchange side, there are many new projects struggling with the exchange fees to get listed and the performance of exchanges is not always in line with expectations. Many wallets are under maintenance, deposits do not arrive, transfers do not go out etc.
Second problem is that there are many SCAM projects starting up. Many miners invest in such projects and by the time the SCAM coins are listed on an exchange the DEV's cash out, leaving behind a dissapointed community of miners who are left behind with worthless coins.

So, to change the landscape in benefit of the miners, i have decided to start project OpenExchange24, directly linked to my pool NLPOOL.NL The exchange will be based on the opensource OpenTrade platform and can be reached on :

What will be the benefits:

- Security: There will be tighter security on startup coins. Exit SCAM's are prevented because the coin will inmediately reflect it's value from start.

- Flexibility: Startup projects can get listed with no or very low fees on request of the miners.

- Project exposure and profits: Honest startup projects can be added in NLpool together with an Exchange24 listing. This way there will be an inmediate market for the coins and miners will benefit.
By quickly creating new markets on both pool + exchange the profit for the miners in the pool will go up and the risks will stay limited.

- Security: Buyers who don't have mining power and want to buy on an exchange are secured against SCAM for the new coin, because by setting an order on the exchange on market price, NLpool will automatically start mining it.

- Profits: The startup projects will benefit also. By adding them to the Pool the market price will inmediately reflect the price of the real market. The pool will automatically start buying coins on the exchange market as soon as there is a shortage on the project's coin in the pool. This happens when the pool has been mining other coins who were more profitable. By buying the exchange rate will go up, so it will benefit the project.

The rules for now:

- This project is based on my idea's only untill now. Instead of making all kinds of business plans, i will take this to the market to see if there is a market demand. If there is i will work out business plans next months, registrations, etc. etc.

- As pool operator i am still human and human's tend to make mistakes from time to time. There is no full team behind me yet, so please limit your risks using the exchange so in case something goes wrong, we can all still laugh and shake hands as real humans do, instead of making war.

- If i have doubts about a project i will delist it to protect all our interest and in case of SCAM i will do everything i can to limit the damage.

- There is a small fee set to cover for the hardware costs of the VPS running the wallets and website. I don't know if it will cover the costs, so it might change.

- Protect your privacy. The exchange is hosted on a Dutch VPS in Amsterdam under Dutch law. I will comply with it if i need to.

"The difficulty grows because of the HDAC change algorithm 2018/10."  This is simply not true. HDAC represented onlly +/- 1.5 to 2 TH/s of lyra2v2 traffic at oktober 22 levels. The difficulty increase is because your company willfully misled miners by letting them believe they could make some profit buying your equipment where at the same time you as company were overselling the Z1 equipment, knowing that no-one could make their return on investment with or without HDAC.

Well, what you and others can do:

- Inform people who are interested so they will not buy this device so the damage will not get bigger then it is now.

- Work on awereness, there are no profitable ASIC's. All that profit stays in China. Help to educate people.

- Work on guideliness for new topics about new asic devices and make sure questions are answered on how much devices manufactures are planning to dump on the market and what this will mean on profit. If they refuse you should not buy them

The problem at hand is that all pools are in the same boat , Zpool.ca , NLpool.nl, Blockmasters.co etc. etc.  Profits , if there are, are declining rapidly. If you read a few topics back i have tried to build a stable Lyra2V2 pool , but in any way we ( all pools ) cannot match Nicehash yet. Reason for this, is that Nicehash is/was lagging behind where people are still paying to much for hashrate over there, so the real market prices are even below your guy's expectations.

As speaking for my own pool, i am running around 10 coins in the Lyra2V2 algo, but they are all mined to hell at the moment, meaning that there are a enourmous amount of Z1 miners added to the network.

Only counting monacoin ( 12 TH/s increase ) and Vertcoin ( 6 TH/s increase ) , it means 18 TH, a fresh 3000 units. So assuming a profit of 1000 USD per unit you guys are screwed for 3 million USD's at minimum, but probably it is way higher.

Why anyone is accepting this, hence buying these China scam is beyond me. If company's like this do not give some fair numbers on the number of devices they plan to dump on the market in a timeframe of 90 days , you should stay away?

Bro, do you have nicehash stocks??? i have been in contact with many miners since yesterday, and thrust me, there is no such thing as a pool paying 3 times as much as another pool. Margins are more likely to be a few percent at maximum.

First , the difficulty is going up enormously since these Z1 devices are oversold, causing more instability in rewards. This is not only on my pool , but on all pools since it takes longer time to find blocks. The difficulty for Monacoin has gone up a factor 10 since mid october to give you an example, where price has stayed more or less the same. Please feel free to check the data and put the graph on 3 months:

If you are an expierenced miner you should know that if you want to say something reasonable that you have to test like 72 hours or so to get some decent data.

I just try to help people to get a part of their investment back .... as ROI seems impossible with profits of +/- 15 to 20 USD per day ex. power costs.

Please note , if still have a few seats left for 6 or 7 persons. As soon as we hit +/- 80 Gh i will close the 5% extra bonus rewards for new people, otherwise it will be to costly for me
