For what I understood Casper will not modify the way of PoW works.
Casper is just a new PoS protocol. which should help maintain the network secure and avoid the great waste of electricity required by GPUs in order to works and maintain the network secure.
It is a good question because no one knows what will happen with this new consensus algorithm! so many people are skeptics about it. only people who has a minimum amount of ETH will receive rewards... I heard a lot of people saying that ETH will be more less decentralised with Casper...

Investors are becoming crazy. I see a lot of shitty project (no scams) get listed on big exchange and few days later dumped hard... this is a shame. We need a sort of protection for crypto-world investors. this shit can't continue like that.

it depends. As you said hodl alts is more risky than hodl ETH. when the market is crashing like these days I prefer to hodl ETH rather than alts. Contrary, when the market pump I prefer to hodl alts rather than ETH, because probably some alts will make a bigger gain in %, so with the same capital I earn much more!

this happen when develop team go on the exchange and dump all coins in order to gain a profit and goodbye to you with your money...

I personally didn't purchase any license...
but I have some friends that gain from 1.5% up to 3% daily with trading BOT.
you have to study a little bit and once you're ready you should make some really good profits.

it can be destroyed only if you take down every node and every miner of the network...
so, theoretically it can be destroyed but practically not!!!
