Sorry but miners can be lazy and not looking at the stats 24/7. Comparing addresses hashrates and blocks found, was a way to identify cheaters. So my recommendation is to turn your pool back to the way it was. There is no need for this kind of shady anonymity. If someone needs to be anonymous, he/she can make a new address and mine to it. Not knowing the list of miners and not being able to check the distribution of awards, scares me.

My friend that is mining on your pool said that there is a delay in paying

since we find tons of blocks
I've set the max payments to 5
it seems the daemon has not come after
problem should be solved
so to conclude

There is nothing wrong with the zero network. Z-nomp love to stuck on payment processing all the time. This is normal..
