Bitcoin’s main problem in its associations with the black market and rejection by the majority
for today, it is definitely not the main problem.
On the second point, who do you mean by most? If the majority of countries, then yes I agree that so far it has not been accepted by most governments. If you are talking about most people, then this is also not critical, because gradually more and more people are interested in bitcoin.
The most important question: which associations are you talking about? BTC has not been associated with the black market for a long time and occupies a leading position in the crypto market.
At first I thought that the author of this post wrote this text immediately after the closure of the Silk Road Smiley
People do not like to study, it is much easier for them to carry a simple cliché in their head. And the only question I have is whether the author of this post was speaking for himself or reflecting on the problem that exists among the population.

Yes, the competition is really big right now. As you correctly mentioned, probably the main problem of Bitcoin is that the number of users will be almost at the same level ... but how to solve it?

My subjective opinion (let the haters laugh) is BTC = e-gold, one of the means of accumulating capital on a par with gold (although the scale is smaller). Bitcoin will never be thrown into the garbage pit for devastation, because BTC-billionaires have found for themselves a real gold mine that will never dry out.
sure. They are the ones who dictate prices now ...

it seems like lately, this crypto thing has turned into a religion…
the definition of "religion" in this case is not entirely appropriate. In fact, religion is everything that has a universal distribution. The real community plays an important role because people themselves value certain things, but this does not mean that all these things can be called religion.

Facebook's Libra payment system could become a serious competitor for Bitcoin. This will happen if the US authorities legalize the company’s token.
I think even despite possible competition from Facebook, Bitcoin will continue to grow in price and develop as a technology.
halving will become one of the drivers of Bitcoin value growth, but it is unlikely to increase many times over. Reducing the remuneration for cryptocurrency mining is a well-known event, and its expectations have partially already affected the price of the coin.
everybody knows that after halving bitcoin price might increase. but if it happens, it will only be temporary.

The main factor in the current price stagnation in the cryptocurrency market is the spread of fraudulent schemes, I am sure. We will probably turn around for this period in the history of Bitcoin, when the price did not rise despite the fact that the rollback in the macro context was extremely bullish, and to realize that this was due to seller pressure in the face of exit scams for billions of dollars. It's that simple.

Powell urged lawmakers to approve new fiscal stimulus measures at a press conference. They are necessary in order to protect the US economy from the consequences of the crisis caused by the coronavirus and accelerate the process of its recovery after the pandemic. (as the head of the Fed explained)
there may be another reason for this. Tether released 160 million USDTl and we know thAT THIS company was already manipulating the rate of bitcoin with its stablecoin.

I think you can find the most accurate tax solution on the market that provides a complete tax reporting services without the need for additional CPAs. They cost a lot. and if you have a good tool to help then why hire CPA?
I got like hundreds of transactions on dozens of exchanges. and I really dont want to waste my time on taxes.
should’ve thought about it before trading that much Smiley

I tried other tools, and they always could not import all my binary data transactions, the only thing that worked perfectly is this one. Customer service is excellent!

Friends, the question was about something else initially...
If there is a business that does not work with fiat ( does not exchange, does not withdraw, does not deposit, etc.), and it completes all transactions exclusively with crypto, then why should such a service register legal entities, a current account, comply with the rules Kyc? Specifically, what sanctions and from which authorities, which jurisdictions could threaten such a service?
the question is why such a business doesn’t want to implement the KYC procedure?

imagine it. Swaps, dexes allow you to change the crypt to another crypt, but there is a problem of liquidity and trust. The user is more likely to choose a binance than an underground service
But on dex, I have no trust problem, because there is no third party. Of course, I understand that for an ordinary person who is new to cryptocurrencies, it will be difficult to understand, unlike the well-known binance. And I don’t see anything underground in such a service.

Hi all!! I have a question: in which country I need to open a legal entity and under the jurisdiction of which country to write a user agreement so as not to fall under KYC standards? Who has experience or reliable information on this topic, please help.
now, probably, all banks require customer verification, because they have to comply with the decisions of American and European regulators.
In my understanding, any fiat gate will require registration of a legal entity, and in some countries it will also require obtaining a patent/license to carry out this economic activity

for 9 years, during January or February, we see either the maximum or minimum price, which then lasts the whole year.

I generally believe that without losses - full-fledged traders do not exist. It is recommended to lose your deposit for a couple of times. Of course, the basic rule of a beginner is not to trade with a large depot and remember that, most likely, it will be lost.
I agree. Only losses make you think about risk management and about working on your trading system.
