My idea is to have core grupp with major holders, who can speaks on coin development. Not they control any but have thought to be considered and info what will be avaible them before others. And maybe have suggestion tree for votes where major overs can vote by using their coin, few other coins have had similar systems. Like BITB, POSW and few others
You mean governance mechanisms/features? Not easy to implement. Its hard work but worth the effort for sure. Something to put on the list maybe. Problem as always is who will implement that, how and when.

Gawlea did more for this project than you will accomplish in your lifetime. Keep with your strategy of FUD and calling people names. You are doing a big favor to the coin and this community.
I haven't been here for long but since the first day I've tried to help people regarding everything I always could. Seems like you don't understand the point I tried to explain, but I'm not making FUD, I'm transfering thoughts of the community that have been around for months on the forum and discord, people asked me to do so.
I could explain myself better or worse but this ain't any intent of damaging, just expose real issues that are out there that should be taken in consideration and fixed to keep this going. This is not black or white.

Hello people. Lately the forum and discord has been filled with people asking about what's going on with Espers.
If you belong to the Official Team, do not take this as an attack, it's just something we SERIOUSLY have to take in mind and act ASAP.
Well, I'm making this post to ask a direct and clear answer from the @Official Team why the following cases haven't been taken in consideration and seriously what's happening and why not even a single decision or big change has even taken since CryptoCoderz seems to be missing for his personal issues.
A Team should be capable of making his own decisions even if one of his most importants members is missing, which seems that it's not happening.
First of all, seems there's literally not even one from the @Official Team acting as a Community Manager.
A Community Manager job is needed to understand the Community and to transfer all issues and discussions in a good manner to the Official Team, why that isn't happening?
Why even if all issues have been transfered haven't yet find a solution?
On following screenshots I'm showing real proof of offerings that have taken place in discord but NEVER took a serious reply back, those are a few, all that have been transfered to me in a short time lapse.
Seriously. Why those offerings haven't good any kind of SERIOUS reply back?
Those people offered a solution to the problem that we're already having. And I find it really disrespectful to not take those in mind.
There's no feedback.
What's going on? Doesn't have the Team enough resources or power to make a necessary decision when it has to be taken? There's no communication within the team and also the community?
What about the Assistant Developer? Well, I wonder if there's one, because the fixs should be there already.
We experience problems on PoW/PoS from months, something like that which should be solved ASAP is left in the inkwell like nothing happens or even matters. And a lot of promises we're made when the update fix was about to take place and hasn't been yet released.
The Whitepaper thing, that's another thing left in the inkwell and months keep passing.
Seriously dear Team, this is like Espers isn't even capable of doing a shit while CryptoCoderz is away for his personal issues, even he was why the decision of hiring a new dev hasn't made? Why you all have to rely everything to one person?
I think I'm talking by myself and some other angry members of the community, so, since I spent some time here I expect you to do the same an ANSWER every point I made here.
We all want Espers to rise and you @Official Team seem quite indifferent about it.

I just have a plenty print screens whith your DEV promisses. All that promisses was just for pump espers. After pump he sold and nothing was released. He is just a big big lyer. But now we all know this.

How did you find out it will take a few days?
Are you aware that many blockchains have that ownership structure in the first years?

I am on telegram and discord and no DEV. Peoples sold espers because loosed trust in DEV. This is the true.

I dont think Nova is free, thats why I have not looked at them as an option. It might be free by getting a coin voted in, Im not sure. I am not too familiar with Nova, but I have heard great things. Also coinexchange.io has already agreed to list us. If Nova is free, I am open to listing there, we could even list on both. If its free, Ill put up a poll to list on Nova or Coinexchange.io or both, and whatever the result is, we will go with.

To all people which have mined at the "old" pool before block 750
I'm not sure if the software will automatically payout the coins, however if it won't I'll need to pay the coins manually.
I wasn't able to get records for all shares / rounds, so I can't payout all coins "fairly".
The balance of the pool address is exactly "12.52350000 VGS" and we've mined around 260 blocks (reward 0.05 VGS), so I want to let all miners decide how we should split them between the miners.
There were some miners with higher hashrates, some with lower ones, so AMOUNT / MINERS wouldn't be pretty fair, that's why I want to ask you all how to proceed.
Sorry for this, the new pool is logging everything exactly..so this won't happen again.

I was mining at 1650Mh/s first miner on the list. I started mining as soon as the pool was online and stopped when the pool switched to the new format. I'd like to give the coins to the pool operator as a present for his effort so no need to transfer. Cheers!

I know there has been a lot of talk about getting Espers onto Bittrex and/or Livecoin, but have the Devs considered Cryptopia?
Also, I won't be able to ask in the QA today, but I'd like to know how market trends and Espers market value affect the Dev team's motivation to continue development. I know CryptoCoderz has been in the game for a long time so I'd expect him to not worry too much about it as most of the community is panicking around him.

The community is not panicking. Almost nobody here is worried except for two brand new accounts created to spread doubt. Or maybe true noobs that have not lived enough around the market to understand this is normal price action and dips are as frequent as spikes. Coderz is very well and motivated. About to release an update that will level POW/POS and then some more along this month.
Concerning Cryptopia, you can initiate an effort to try to list there if you consider it worthwile. All the listings in echanges to date have been started and pushed by the community.
This is a community project.

If you don't do again swap of all remaining Esp2 with Esp1 , Espers will death.
