I thought you have the right to know this.
I ordered 2 miners and 1 controller on July 17, 2017, (at this time stock was avaiable), Paid via bank the order on the next day.
After 2 days I got a confirmation by Jasmine via a support ticket which I started.
So long so good.
I was told to wait till the money is on their bank balance.
Week after Week more and more excuses.
The money is since this time on their bank account, but they keep me waiting for sending me my paid products.
Support Ticket is since 2 weeks not answered.
I thought this company is legit and trustfull, I just wanted to do a test order on them with 2 miners, to replace my existing s7. Unfortunely they are not interested into that.
Actually there are 100 S7 miners which I want to replace.

I just dont know what to do, they have my money. I can't get it in my bank account back...
Any advises? Twitter and FB also not responding..
