The mining fee of this site is horrendous. It charges close to 30% as a fee. Where the hell anyone charges that much? I was mining here..

https://dgcx11.miningfield.com

All Time Credit    Debit_AP                 TXFee

263.33303772     126.98873964           90.00000000

I do not charge 30% as payout fee, I was charging 90DGC, independent of withdraw amount.

I regularly adjust this value according to the coin value, current payout fee is 11DGC.

This means that if you withdraw 40DGC or 4000DGC, you are only charged 11DGC.

Hi,

Now that Sucre has an exchange, I've added Sucre market value to the Pool Page.

Market query happens every few minutes, for an updated value, this way you can mine and check coin value at the same time.

https://sucre.miningfield.com Pool is currently in maintenance mode while I investigate an issue.

Hi,

The issue has been fixed.

There was a problem with the communication between the Pool and the wallet which wouldn't detect a found block.

Blocks are now showing at the Pool and users have their rewards on their accounts.

I've also added a new stratum port with higher diff.

You can now mine at https://sucre.miningfield.com

Hi,

I've fixed an issue on the sucre pool that was preventing stratum servers to communicate correctly with the Pool database.

Mining is now working fine.

Not a criticism, just a doubt: What is the purpose of this coin? Who is responsible for the project?

In addition: Is this your first project? Do you plan to support this long term or is it just a test project?

Not my first project. Will try to respond to all question , but let my first stabilize this first. Please new miner use pool 2.

Pool1: overloaded for now use pool 2

Pool2: https://sucre.miningfield.com

I cant register at this pool, errors during registration

This has been solved.

Users can register now.

Miningfield Masternode Renting and Shared Masternode Pools

After the transaction of DMD Diamond to a 100% PoS Coin, Miningfield DMD PoW pool was replaced/Upgraded to a Shared Masternode Pool system.

There is also a Masternode renting system, so you can have your masternode up and running, without complications, in no time, thanks to danbi.

You can check services here: https://dmdmn.miningfield.com

Currently there are 3 Shared Masternode Pools running and there is a pre-order form to fill spots from users leaving the Pools or to create a new Pool, incase there are enougth pre-orders.

If you are interested in joining the shared masternode pools, you can pre-order your shares (no payment needed) here: https://dmdmn.miningfield.com/bshare.php

You can read more information on how it works here: https://dmdmn.miningfield.com/info.html

Hi,

Mining devices like the Antminer are not Coin Specific, they are Algorithm specific.

This means that if you have an antminer to mine sha256 algorithm, you can mine any coin that uses the sha256 algorithm as PoW.

There are plenty of coins for each algorithm.

all pool operators will close down mining pools soon
the last few days of DMDv2 POW only solomining will happen
please be aware that any mining done after DMDv3 snapshot 13th september is worthless and cant be sold on exchanges

https://dmd.miningfield.com

Miningfield DMD Pool will stop mining operations in less then 24h, in preparation to the new DMDv3 wallet implementation.

Pool will still be available until the 12th of September 2017, around the date of the switch to DMDv3, so you must withdraw your coins until then.

Since DMDv3 will be a pure PoS coin, no mining will be possible. Miningfield is working on a Shared Masternode Pool system for users to make extra coins with Masternodes, i will release more information about this soon.

Re: [ANN][SMC] SmartCoin | Next generation currency | continued development

Is everything OK with the blockchain?

Block Explorer shows the last found block has a TimeStamp of "Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT"

Blocks are not beeing found.

Anyway, the wallet was acting strange on the server so i put the Pool Offline.

As soon as this issue is fixed i'll put the Pool back online

Hey, thanks for writing here. I've also noticed this odd transaction, perhaps it's some type of exploit - http://smartchain.cc/tx/a6d85e1ec17873f90dfe5e8270cfe90a2f5f70cb493e7161b82f415aad8c39bb

Nothing has changed in a while as far as the source code is concerned, and I have seen this before too, about a year ago, so there shouldn't be anything of critical concern. If there was a way to spend such malformed output, it must have been done already, but I don't think there is, because the tx is not part of a block. It's just a kind of spam. I have put this on my list of issues to investigate further.

I have also noticed other mining issues, however. For example, the pool at smc.e-pool.net:8960/static has been generating shares that were 97% "dead on arrival", but this seems to be a pool issue because at the same time (2 days ago) the Miningfield pool was working fine.

The main issue with SMC mining has been that a large amount of hash rate switches into high gear and then disappears once the difficulty has been raised. (Blocks were probably not being found as usual because of the increased difficulty.) This is a well known type of vulnerability, but one that should not be occurring with a sufficient amount of dedicated hash power always available to the network. I have been looking for a Baikal miner in order to resolve this, while renting X11 rigs to mitigate the sync delays that have been happening in the meantime.

I think it should be okay to ignore the invalid tx and bring the pool back online.

Pool is back Online

http://smc.miningfield.com

yesterday the wallet was generating a lot more load on the server, and a simple "getinfo" would take 15sec to get the output, a wallet restart would not solve the problem.

I don't know if it was some kind of attack, i've been having the wallet running for 2 hour now, and had no performance issue so far, so i'm putting the Pool Online.

Block explorer still shows that strange block as the last one, so i don't know if there's a bigger issue behind this.

Also Network Speed seems to be stuck.

Let's wait for another block.

New Blocks have been found.

Everything OK on the Pool, and block explorer is following blocks.

I would say it's back to normal.
