ok to get it working

1) go to app data C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\RubleBit   or click Start then type in the white box %appdata% and press enter

2) Inside that folder right click and create a new text document.

3) rename that new file to rublebit.conf

4) right click rublebit.conf and EDIT with notepad, Text editor...whatever

5) on the first line copy all of this below

rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
server=0
daemon=1
listen=1
addnode=52.89.3.89
addnode=52.26.55.45

6) Then JUST SAVE - DO NOT RENAME!

7) Start up Rublebit.exe   >>>>>>> "I extracted Rublebit.exe to C:\Program Files\ruble coin" (X64)

Rublebit will now sync.
