I bought 52170.99966963 Linda coins on C-CEX and after requested withdraw to Cryptopia.

A few hours later I saw the correct balance on block explorer (https://prohashing.com/explorer/Lindacoin) but after it just vanished. Now my Linda balance is zero and no info on withdrawal.

How is it possible? What is going on?

I think it is Ccex as they are using an old wallet...; I made a support ticket and they said it went through.
Did you send a support ticket?

There is a problem with them as I have done 3 withdraws from them 2 to my wallet and one to cryptopia and noe go through.

Support answered me: "TX resubmitted". But nothing changed.
Is this withdrawal lost?

Any news, I also sent from Ccex to Cryptopia 51211.89726317 LINDA and I did not get it, I have sent support ticket two times and the answer from support is the same:
