The 5 post policy is good because it at least requires everyone to say something ...however the 4 hour rule seems a bit strict. How is the 4 hour calculated anyways?

Based on my research the "chargeback" risk is pretty high, so hardly anyone does PayPayl --> Bitcoin (at least I couldn't find any automated websites that would do it for me).

New to BitCoin, but so far loving the system! When I first looked at the price USD --> Bitcoin it was around 35 bucks ... now it's close to 50. This is pretty sweet!

Same problem here. My transaction failed.  I emailed the support over an hour ago, but no response.  What's your usual turnaround on this kind of issues and how can we avoid it in the future?
