Yes I agree with you definitely the market is showing good signs these days but still unpredictable, i guess the crypto market has started recovering slowly and hopefully it will reach $20k this time.
I think we should not think up illusions. There were a lot of such false price jumps for half a year and the result is one - the price is still going down. The manipulator gives hope to investors, that would again deceive them and reduce the price.

Has the market been stable last month?! Or maybe the winter market was stable?! Or maybe last year the market was stable?! The market always rises or falls if you did not know)) If the market falls more than half a year, how can you expect from the price that it will grow?!
At me now all my money in a coin USDT. I think that the Ethereum platform is a very promising coin even though the whole market is now falling. I'm waiting for further price reduction for all crypto-currencies and after that I'll buy an Ethereum coin as well.
Waves is certainly a good project, but to reach the level of the Ethereum project, it still needs to work very long! I think that now in the crypto currency market there is not a single project that could be on par with the Ethereum.

NEO is a potential altcoin that tries to compete with Ethereum. Although they should be aware that it is not a only Ethereum that they should worry. There are new competitors that tries to overtake Ethereum like Cardano, NEM and EOS.
