As I've said to you before. Its the fact you're asking for a reversible payment method. You can do a thousand posts asking for varying amounts but if they are all paypal or other reversible payment method then the chances are no one will deal with you.
but i have only paypal option. i did more than 10 exchange in this forum and i didnt scam anyone and didnt revers money. one person had a problem with his paypal and get limited his accounts send me the money that i have sent already and gave me another paypal account i sent there.

Why is it you need such small amounts so often? Its strange behaviour to be on here so frequently asking for trades.
finding big amounts exchanger is hard and ask small amounts. If someone accept to send big amounts it will be better.
Why are you offering such small amounts if bitcoin's price is so much right now.
Nobody is wanting to send 0.004btc worth of bitcoin to have to pay nearly 0.0008btc of that in transaction fees to ensure that it is sent properly and in a timely fashion. As far as I know a send of more than 0.01btc takes 0.0002btc minimum to send to get it to the buyer in less than 45 minutes.
That would be just silly in flushing away the exchange amount doing this for such a low of an amount.

i need this amount urgently. Usually i ask 15$ and more btc. sometimes i can need small amounts. Maybe someone could help me i tried my chance thats all.
