Still no news about the stolen funds in MARCH/APRIL this year.
Still no WOF spins
Still no winner of Lambo round 11! has been picked after more then 68 days.

Regarding to the lost funds i have (after gaving them several chances to pay back) filled for bankruptcy of FBC B.V. in Curacao.

I withdrew today about 0.003 btc, they came in my walley in matter of minutes, I think it was automatic.
I'm wondering if maybe they left everything that is running automatic and then left the site run on his own until it will eventually run out of money?

Sito di news sul Bitcoin - idee e collaboratori
by

EVERY SINGLE USER WHO HAS LOST MONEY TO SCRYPT.CC IS ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND

Really? I don't think so! What about "every single user" who earned money in scrypt.cc?
There are always winners and loosers in ponzis.

And stop call scrypt a "criminal operation". It's just a ponzi site like many thousands others. No one in the world believed this was a real mining company. If you did...then it's like believe in flying horses, you are just entitled to loose more money.

Ponzis are one of the best thing bitcoin bring in, they should be protected.
Without ponzis and gambling Bitcoin could die in a minute!

Hey guys, what if scrypt.cc is a big money laundry association?
We agree it cannot be a cloud mining site, ok it could be a ponzi (like many hyips), but for me it's during just to much to be that simple.
Ponzi schemes are going to crash really fast, even with big re-investements policy.

Think about it, the criminal has X coins of "black" money. He create an investment site (cloud mining is just a matter of fashion today, it attracts people, so it's a good bribe) where people put in Y quantity of money and receive back Y+%X.
The criminal has just to give away a % of X, but now has clean money (laundered money).

Let's say criminal own 10 millions  (just for example), people give him another 10 millions, he then give 13 million back to people. He now own 7 millions of clean money that can use, and people has 130% ROI. It's a win-win situation.

As long as people is not concearned helping criminals, and as long as FBI doesn't catch him, this thing is going to continue pretty well Wink.

Is this "the end" finally?  Roll Eyes

I doubt it, he needs to let a few people withdraw some btc, tempt them back with "cheep 'KHS' nomnomnom" and when they work out just how much richer they are going to be by 're-investing' they'll do what they are programmed to do, which is send it back in to the scam.

Then the next lot are selected for the same treatment by letting them do a withdraw for a rinse-and-repeat demonstration of human stupidity.

Once it has been done enough and there's a good enough number of 'victorious' fanboy posts then the game can continue on for a bit longer, as long as withdrawal requests don't outpace deposits of course. If they do, "Oh noes we wuz haxxored. Again".

You think we'll continue this?

1h 22minutes to market opening and nothing happens. Seems to me "the end"  Grin

Trading has not started yet. Seems to me I'm going to invest more to buy cheap khs, when market will start, it's normal that nothing is happening now.

Cryptodevil could you please make a donation to my btc address? You're causing me economic damage with your non-interesting legal purpose Wink

Because, children, people who invest more than they can afford to lose may be driven to track down the kind of people who tricked them into  handing over such a large some of money and seek to 'resolve' the situation personally. Take away everything a man has and he's nothing left to lose. They know this.

What's the problem with it? I gained (not much, 0.4 btc) from scrypt.cc, which means, luckly for me, I "stolen" some money to other members.
I'm happy, and I don't fucking care if someone who lost money can't pay the rent anymore, because it's their fault, and they deserved it. If I had lost my money I would be happy anyway.

I think Marcelo is coming back with a new scrypt.cc built from scratch, with zero balances (hacker stolen all money Wink). So it's time to restart the game and see who's going to gain more money.

Good luck

I exited scrypt.cc 2 weeks ago Wink.
This may not be the end of the website, but it's a very expected way out for the admin.
Keep eyes open when you deal with these kind of businness, and quit when things start becoming weird.

This thread has becom a war by people who claim the site is a "criminal operation" and people claiming they dont care.
Well...it's obvious that scrypt.cc isn't mining any altcoin, so it's basically a masked hyip, like a lot of real life "fraudolent legit/non legit" businness.
Some people likes ponzis, some not. Stop this useless war!

Cryptodevil is right  (conspiracy theory about 9/11 was already debunked really well).
And he's right too saying scrypt.cc is a criminal operation. It's fraud, because they claim some false things.

Although I don't see a reason why i should stop investing in that site. I like risking my bitcoins, i like the fact i will lose them and some others will earn, or viceversa if i win someone other is going to lose, also if they trust what admin says.
For me it's illegal gambling, and i dont care if it's against the law. Wink

and i add:
Ponzi is illegal maybe in some states. But here in italy for example we have the government pension plan that is actually a ponzi. An unsustainable one.
It's really a bad bad ponzi system where the first investors earned a lot and the last will lose all investments. If you dont trust me, ask other italian people.

Price is still high, i sold out today at 600 thinking that price would be 300-400 in a few hours.
I think there are some thoughts that the rates will come back high as before and this mantein price high.

Uhm, my only doubt is: how in the world they moved a whole datacenter to another in just 24 hours??
If you know the job (unmount equipment from the rack, disconnect cables, move equipment, replace equipment on new racks, connect cables) you notice its' almost impossible to do that. Also if they moved entire racks, I expect the operation to endure at least 1 week of 24/24h work.

Great, so you don't care that a business operates fraudulently and people place their money into what they believe to be a legitimate operation, how does this justify what scrypt.cc are doing? It doesn't.

I don't care. I don't trust them but I don't blame them, I rather blame people that trust them blindly.

You're grammar police (i didnt noticed), thanks for not correcting my bad english Wink.

We have just different opinions. I was just trying to say mine (almost as i did in all my posts on this forum), and explain why I will not cashout from scrypt.cc.

Investing in a ponzi is gambling as you are investing into something in which the outcome/result is unknown.

Putting money into a ponzi isn't an investment, then, is it?

It would only be classed as a legitimate gamble if you were informed prior to 'investing' that it was a ponzi and that there was a risk you would lose your money. Even then it would still need to operate transparently as a ponzi so that all participants were fully aware of the mechanisms of the 'game'.

http://www.investorguide.com/article/12525/what-is-the-difference-between-gambling-and-investing/

Legitimate gamble? Grin

I prefer call these sites "illegal and unregolated" gambling. Legit gambling site are probability fair, so you know exactly the balance between risk and gain. Hyip/ponzis are not probability fair, but this is the part i like most! Balance between risk and gain is influenced by a lot of factors (forums, people thoughts...). What's wrong with ponzi? Ok, it's illegal, So? Try to shut down all ponzis? Some who think to be policemen (with police badge avatar lol;)), try to convince people to never put money in these sites. I'm ok with it, it's a good cause, but not all people are stupid.
I dont care if scrypt.cc has real miners or it's just a ponzi. All altcoins market is a ponzi, and there are thousands ponzi hyip sites. People do what they want with their money.

And you do well, cause it's just wrong to invest thousands $ in scrypt.cc, it's right to inform them they will (with 99% probability) lose their money.
I am also advising people to not put a lot of money in these businness, cause every online businness can turn scam anytime.
But people do what they want, if one person want to put 1 million $ in gambling, it's not my problem.

maybe it's all scam, maybe not. It's not a big deal as long as people invest what they afford to lose. . .You can't blame people playing in gambling, it's just a game, and people enjoy the game.

Checking your post history shows that you frequently repeat this same phrase in other scam threads. I've also heard it used in the GAW/XPY thread many times, along with complaints from sock-puppet accounts decrying the fact that people who have not 'invested' are taking the time to expose the fraud so, you know, what's their problem? etc. etc.

What's the problem with it?
I just write my opinion and let know to as much people as possible that sites like cloud mining, hyip, online investment, are like gambling and MUST be taken as that. I just like to advise people to not invest too much, and to consider all online businness gambling.
I'm not a believer, but for you "ponzi" is just like devil. There are a lot of "ponzi" schemes in real life, that you maybe can't see.

Idk, maybe it's all scam, maybe not. It's not a big deal as long as people invest what they afford to lose.
I have 95000khs, I'm keeping them cause I don't care if the site go down forever. There are some chances the site will turn on again and i will continue earning (not much, but it's just fun).

I think there's to much people selling their khs...so the khs price is going down day after day, as there more people selling than people that want buy.
There's a chance khs price will go up again?
