I agree with you on this. I was all for choosing a different name to start with, but seeing as we had a coin that needed a new name and nothing better to really use that everyone would agree to in the developers chat, we just went with what sounded "good" and could be worked with.  In the end, it doesn't really matter what name we chose, or that we chose Credits as our name, because if you look out there in the wild blue yonder of Bitcointalk, there are TONS of names in use, and im sure some will get recycled as time goes by. We hope this isn't what happens with Credits, but someone was going to use it sooner or later, so i might as well be us.

I do not know what posts you are talking about at the start of the thread. I am a new addition to the Credits team. I have no doing in the fiasco that was 9nyan other than mining and supporting it.

Madotsuki makes a valid point. The premine does hurt us in a way, but we have seen worse coins with just as bad of premines and worse dev's get into good exchanges, so its still possible for us too.

We are currently in talks with a few big players in exchanges, but i cannot share the details right now. Just know that this may go somewhere awesome.

Also, please check www.reddit.com/r/CreditCRD and post your idea's and thoughts there as well. we need to get our community growing, and you guys can definitely help with that. Maybe make a meme and post it there, or other zany stuff.
