Max supply down to 10 Million wasn't it 14 million?

I don't think 5% for the dev is too much to ask at all at 10 million coins he will only have 500k

Anyone have an answer for this because I really don't like keeping coins on exchanges

How will this swap affect people holding PIE in the windows wallet? Nice to be able to keep them in the wallet for staking but do not want to miss the swap.

I agree I think worrying about the price right now is kind of pointless as im sure it is bound to see some wild swings as people try to take profits at 400 - 500 sats and hey if you bought in at 10 or 20 sats its a 40X gain I get it.

i'm not thinking of a 40X gain when the whole market for this is only 850,000 right now there is plenty of room to grow here lets see the relaunch under EPI masternode implementation and other features the devs are working on. And did anyone really put enough money in to even see a massive ROI at 500 sats. Even if you bought a Million at 10 sats you are only looking at 4 -5 BTC which is great but its a small slice of what is to come in the future IMO

I'm just gonna let my pie continue to bake and see what the future brings.

One question I do have is what percentage of the current supply do the devs hold as that could dramatically affect the price in the future not sure if there was a large pre-mine on this coin or if it 100% out in the open market.

So is this just gonna be a hard fork where we end up with both tokens or something completely different which just ignores the original blockchain.

Just so I'm clear any PIE I'm holding or purchase on cryptopia will be automatically converted to EPI and I won't have to do anything?

This is a long term hold for me and I am sometimes away without internet access for extended periods and I would hate to miss the swap and be stuck with the old coin

All Math done here based on a Price of 1 BTC = $2650

100K TO 250K is way to much considering the available supply say 75 Million that would mean at 100K for master node there would only be a total of 750 masternodes available if all available coins are in masternodes.

Its not about how expensive or inexpensive the masternode will be it is about the sustainability of the network and with only 750 available I just cant see how that will work.

You are only taking into account the cost of the coin today lets say 250 Sats.

100K x .00000250 is .25 BTC or about $700.
250K x .00000250 is .625 BTC or about $1650

These prices for masternodes are ridiculously inexpensive if the price target is 250 Sats

Masternodes are about residual income and the backbone or DAM of a coin and raises its value since most would hopefully be tied up in masternodes. But at 250 sats there is no reason to hold 100K to 250K in a single masternode after you do some math even if a masternode earns 20% (probably closer to 1%) at max your yearly income would be about $350 so it would take approximately 5 year to see an ROI on a 250K masternode.

Even at 1000 sats this would only be about $550 annually to hold 250K PIE worth $6600 at todays BTC price which will obviously change

if it takes less coins to own a masternode then the price of the coin will rise accordingly just look at all other masternode coins.

Dash 1000 Coin Masternode 7500 masternodes available at todays circulating supply cost of masternode around $190,000.
PIVX 10000 Coin Masternode 5300 Masternodes Available cost of masternode around $18000.
CHC (Which is not a great example because of the drama there) 1000 Coin Masternode 15000 available cost of one around $700 and this coin has no support other than a HODL group.

I would think target for PIE masternode needs to be somewhere in the 10 - 15K range having between 4500 - 7500 masternodes available.

Even if price reaches 1$ that would make it 10 - 15K for a masternode which would still be a reasonable price for a masternode for a coin with development and a road map for the future.

Even Linda which right now is 6 Sats needs 30000000 coins for a masternode which is about $4700 and these don't even work yet

If this is implemented properly I can see the price easily rising to over 1$ especially if we can get on Bitrrex or Poloniex.

Maybe I am way off here but someone else please lets hear your thoughts.

With Masternodes I think the price could skyrocket this of course will depend on how many coins are needed for a Masternode.

Looking at other Masternode coins I do not think 10K Sat is out of the question again depending on the number of coins needed for a masternode

Ya DNR is my long term hold right now I see great potential here as long as the DEV sticks with it I think sky's the limit with this coin.

Only problem right now is the relatively low volume but that could all change tomorrow with the right promotion / publicity or if it were added to a bigger exchange.
