Can you post the error message you are facing, so some of us can look into and advise for better instructions?
It shouldn't be a problem to transfer from their wallet to any exchange.

thanks, all clear now, pity you can do transfer directly to Binance and should go via Myetherwallet

Hi to all, amazed by Budbo, nice team and proof of business. Gone through the white paper and found this about Exchange Trading:
