Yeah they dont send tiny bets back.

"A fee of 0.1 DGC is taken out of all outgoing payments to cover network fees (not in our control). You will not receive a return payment if the payment amount is less than 0.1 DGC as the fee will cost us more than the payment."

Close bitgem-qt
Delete everything but the wallet.dat and bitgem.conf files in the AppData folder.
Open bitgem-qt

Problem should be fixed.
