Hi Pieran, thanks for the advice, but unfortunately it doesn't appear to have helped - after an albeit short test - I'm still getting 45% rejections at intensity 16. Any other advice?
I think it's an issue with the pool rather than with your miner. I was mining here without a problem until there was a sudden "bug" that jumped my rejects from <5% to >60%. Our op said that this was an unintentional bug that would be fixed within a couple of hours. I tried for a bit for a couple days afterward and the rejects continued. I switched my miners over to a different pool and all settings worked normally with minimal rejects.
I keep checking back here to see if the reject complaints die down because I really like this site and pool. But I think it's going to take an "aha" moment from the hosts before I can jump back in.
Turk, still sitting at about 50% rejects. Im on the east cost hitting the ny server. Up until about I guess 2pm or 3pm yesterday I was near 0% rejects.
I tried again this morning and I'm hitting about 70% rejects.
I'm afraid this is a bug which I introduced earlier today when changing something in the pool software. I deployed a change helping with some disconnection issues thick some small percent of miners had, but it turns out the change had also a negative side effect.
I'm working on solving this right now and I expect to deploy a fix within an hour.
I've noticed a huge increase in duplicate/rejected shares over the last couple of hours. I was mining happily before that so I don't think it's a miner setup issue. Anybody else seeing high rejects? I'm getting 60+%
