Where is the marketing? I doxed the dev team, which wasn't too hard when they post all their LinkedIn. They are big players in the internet marketing industry in England. They can do it for free!?! I even looked up the coins head guy Richard Ells and called his headquarters. I asked the secretary about Electroneum? I was transfered to a guy that asked me how he could help me with my questions. So I asked, "why aren't you marketing this ICO?". He said, "they are and more is coming." Do you see any marketing? WTF.

I think Electroneum is not a scam because one of my friends is on the Electroneum campaign (Bitcoin) and he said that the Electroneum is paying him in bitcoin, I think if Electroneum is a scam, why should they waste hundred of dollar just to promote their website if it is a scam.The ICO starts in 3 days!!

Because you can still make money from selling a scam and the people who work behind the scenes need to be paid so that you can continue to fleece your victims.
Even Charles Ponzi paid his workers.
Outch, seem we have a new MtGox. But it is peoples own fault if they use service in the Deep Web. There are so many scammers who try to take your money out of the pocket.
You could use that same senseless argument against any business.
Why not go the whole hog and argue against the very basic human requirement of trust? Why should any two humans trust each other when there's a chance that one might mistreat the other?

For the genius who informed people to 'stop breaking the law' - the 'law' is often a terrible guide for 'moral' conduct. I'm no drug user but I do find it odd that alcohol (a substance thah kills) is legal in America whilst mushrooms (of the magic variety) are not.

That's why I personally don't use exchanges. If I wanted to cash out I'd probably just sell locally or through a bank transfer or something on here. Always best to cut out the middle man and that's why I think we're in desperate need for decentralized exchanges.

Because a lot of people do not wish to have to go through the process of being 'verified' by another institution.
We have a decentralized currency, why would we want a centralized body telling us if and when we can make transfers ala Coinbase?
My issue with Bitstamp (besides the hacking issues) is the fact that I need to transfer funds from a bank account, which takes days.

Why someone have to choose it instead the wallet?
To pay in physical stores that accept credit/debit cards and not bitcoin.
Convenience, as long as you are happy with the verification and the bank approval process.
The limits for basic verification are far too low for it to be of any use to me.

I've been looking around for such a card. I'm glad that I've been forewarned as pertains to CoinCard and as such won't be getting caught up with this particular scam.

How can we have proof these accounts are not stolen?
If I had to guess I would say that these are hacked accounts.
