This is an excellent question.  Anyone know if the facility is still on the face of the earth?  Did a nearby fertilizer plant explode and wipe it out?  Just the strangest thing (if they're really trying to come back online) is to not have any information being posted?

Any further investigation?
Be assured i know exactly what that means and what not. All i do is collecting some facts and connecting the dots wherever possible. Nevertheless, cloudflare or not, a phishing site on the same ip address is never a good sign.

Looks bad. I hope they are fighting some kind of DoS or glitches with the new software, but communication at this point is too bad to have any hope.

The affinity for anonymity is quite common in the cryptocurrency world and (for me) not a real concern. Trust is mostly about service and quality, not about names and addresses. In my experience, the staff is very responsive (3 requests answered in about 5 hours) and currently heavily busy in startup-mode.
I suggest you also look for the wallet address you deposited to and if anything suspicious happened.
