We are exploring all best options to raise enough capital and build product effectively.  We have acted honorably over duration of raise at all times but you need to understand that the space changes quickly and we can`t build MOBU without sufficient funding.  Most exchanges have fake raises on IEO, we are exploring all options but as promised we will do Entoro Express soon.  The legalities surrounding a private placement of this level is a very comprehensive process and takes time.  We trust it would be done and finalised within 3 months.

We will raise capital via Entoro as mentioned and planning an IEO.  The legalities for Entoro platform is a lengthy process, please remain patient.

We are in talks with various exchanges but trust us very few of them raise actual capital.  We need to consider the liquidity afterwords and effect of price.  We are acting in your best interest.

Please be patient.  We will launch 2 IEO`s very soon and it takes time to prepare private placement memorandum for Entoro Express.
We will transfer all airdrop and bounty tokens after IEO.

Only 20k USD was raised in public portal so please don`t jump to any conclusions.  We are acting in the best interest of all investors and MOBU community.  MOBU currently in Japan - working hard as always and raising funds for product development.

Kindly note Amazix fee was very expensive and it was our decision to cancel as the ICO model is dead and we can`t justify that high fee.  Our first priority is to develop the product.  The telegram group was a constant conversation with marketers and fake youtubers and didn`t add value.  We still have a good relationship with Amazix but the fintech/blockchain space is changing daily and we need to adapt.  We inform all MOBU community of MOBU activity constantly and any serious investor knows how to get hold of us.  We have been very transparent and acting in best interest of all MOBU community members.  MOBU has acted honourable throughout the process which we trust you will notice and appreciate.

Thank you for your support Chris.  We trust we will close this funding round through Entoro.  They have raised 300m USD for last 3 projects.  We will release a new explainer video today as we revised Private placement memorandum as per our Investment bankers and advisors guidance to ensure the success of MOBU.  2018 was a difficult year to launch a crypto related project but MOBU survived all hurdles and will be live and prospering soon!  Thank you for your patience and understanding

Don`t be ridiculous.  You should inform yourself.  This is best practice for the business.  There is only marketers replying in telegram group and it is expensive to keep open.  ICO model is obsolete and no point in our team paying a high fee to talk to marketers.  We raising privately with serious investors.  We have been transparent with community at all times and give regular feedback

Hi, very similar to ERC1400 protocol.  Focus on stocksplits, dividend payouts and voting.  Reasonable steps also needs to be taken to ensure only accredited/sophisticated/professional investors may invest depending on the type of PPM filing.

ERC20 protcol can`t be used for security tokens as the regulator needs to have the ability to recall the tokens.
