Re: Do you think the markets will collapse
by
moiseeva
on 02/07/2018, 04:28:19 UTC
this will not happen in the near future. news over time maybe the market will die. a lot depends on how the cryptocurrency market will behave until the end of 2018. in the world there are new cryptocurrency markets such as the Russian market, which will operate from the summer. European countries will be hidden from trading cryptocurrency. attracting new investments, if the market will have a positive impact in the near future.

Re: Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency?
by
moiseeva
on 27/06/2018, 12:51:20 UTC
I think they're going to have to try and create their own cryptocurrencies because as time goes on people are going to move away from using banks in general.  I mean, it took me three weeks to send money somewhere once, what kind of bullshit is that?  I had to pay fees as well, to wait three weeks to be allowed to use my money the way I wanted.

Re: Bitcoins came in Big Bang Theory.
by

on 06/03/2018, 19:06:20 UTC
Big Bang theory is a world wide watched show and needs no introduction, a while back they featured a show in which they talked about bitcoins, not only did they explain it, they even played real life scenarios of so many people who mined early on but forgot or lost them.

We often speak about getting this on television, theatres and boys and girls we have made the big jump, as and when people will see bitcoins shall get more and more publicity.

What do you'll think will this show help bitcoins grow? My view yes I'm bullish on this.

Those people who watch that show are already investing in bitcoins in my opinion. How much was it covered ? Did they stressed on the returns being given for bitcoins ? It can bring more women investors to bitcoins for sure as the TV series has got good number of female viewership.

By the way, it is one of my favorite shows and now that you have made me aware that the current season has started or is running, I will certainly wtahc future episodes. Can you also tell episode number in which bitcoin was mentioned ?

Re: Does signature campaign really help to promote an ICO ?
by

on 06/03/2018, 18:40:18 UTC
Some of the signature campaigns here are running for more than an year. They are paying about 0.5 BTC in total per month to all participants. Now since they have continued the campaign for so long, they must have analysed the returns they are getting from these campaigns. We may wait to see experience of a  member who has himself used these signature campaigns for promoting his website. Though it can be risky for an online business to share those details in public as the competitors may start using same tactics.

⭐ Merited by shailkumari (1)
When i first time regestered on this forum they are DEMAND ME TO PAY THEM BITCOINS!! I dont care if someone was evil with same IP, i have nothing to do with him, but now i'am evil too!!! I will not pay to fucking pigs(administration) and no matter how much!

I remember reading something like this on another thread here. Are you the same person posting this message again and again ? No one is demanding or forcing you to pay anything to join here. The error you were saying is probably because of you using proxy to access this forum (which speaks of you attention).

And with that language that you are using for the admin of this forum, I do not think this profile will last very long. It is sad to see people not being respectful to experienced and knowledgeable staff managing this wonderful forum.

Re: is it a bubble?

many people say that bitcoin bubble, honestly I still do not understand what is meant by the term bubble earlier?

until now I am still curious

There is one thing common to all bubbles, they do not have some unique concept backing them. But crypto is making online transactions easier and thus it is not a bubble.

Well, they are over 30K KYC completed already. I don't know if they are scam or not, but recently people have tend to be careless with the amount of KYC they are doing for getting tokens. Hope this goes well.

Can you explain this clearly ? You mean to say that people are creating multiple accounts on exchanges with different KYC for tokens ?

Jio coins is not approved Indian govt.

Indian finance minister made an announcement that they might work on using the blockchain technology for benefit of people. I think it was a hint for us regarding Jio coin and but it is too early to judge.

Re: When will the market turn and start growing again?
by

As soon as everyone starts shouting about the lowly in one voice and the collapse of the exchanges, then the market will unfold. This will say that those who used to shop earlier started selling the crypt. At this time, large players will buy crypto currency from nervous people, and when bought up, news agencies and TV will begin to generate a positive background for crypto-instruments. A new rally will begin without those who left the concert.

We  are already seeing the prices recovering. But we need some big news like a major company accepting bitcoins as payment medium.

Re: Bitcoin price rising and rising. Is it time to sell before another price down?
by

Now, February 2018 price of bitcoin crashes to a deeper crash from almost 18k to 7k last days. Now from 7k to 9k above.  You buy now, not later to make another good choice.

I also think this is the best time for those who came to know about bitcoins later. I have took out some savings to buy extra for this month as prices are low currently.

I choose exchanges which have less restrictions related to KYC. Also, most will say that we should prefer old exchanges but I think they charge higher fees.

Re: Merit & new rank requirements

It would be nice if we can get a merit menu like "Last merit post" and"Top merited posts for last 24h" for every section and subsection. So everyone can check the top merited posts in off-topic section for example, then you have more control on how merit is distributed. I know that we have already top and last merited posts in the whole forum but I think it won't be a bad idea to have control on the local sections also.
Just an idea Smiley

You should be able those details if you check this page carefully: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats
I think it is worth giving some time to read posts getting highest number of merits. I do not think so much merits are distributed in different sections that we need to have separate lists for each one.

This is a good news. But bad thing is that some countries have started to ban it as well like India.

I am going to hold everything and buy more. I have invested only some of my savings and do not need this money for emergency.

Re: Bitcoin price in 2018

Will the price movement of Bitcoin or altcoin in 2018 be the same as in 2017 where the price of Bitcoin has increased to 1,000%?

That much increase is not realistic. I guess, it will reach maximum $50000 or so by the end of the year.

Re: Suicide due to losses due to investment in virtual currency

Sad
A Korean student has committed suicide after falling into a depression because of a big loss of money invested in bitcoin and cryptocurrency. A 20-year-old Korean student has been found to have committed suicide after falling into depression due to huge losses in bitcoin and cryptocurrency. The body of the victim was found at his home. The victim has earned 200 million won (about 200,000$) from investments in cryptocurrency.
it's so sad. Rest in peace.

This is why I say that one should be very cautious with Bitcoin investments. You should invest 10-20% of the savings only.

Why ?
16 February is the Chinese new year and because many chinese now need money to spend sell their bitcoin and altcoins for now
BTC was in 80 days never been so low priced

You think all Chinese people had their money invested in Bitcoins only. And they are fool that they will sell at low price.
