Looking at the odds movements at that match it’s obvious that OP had bet Al Feiha -1.25 handicap because he saw a value there. 5 days before match. It turns out that OP was right, it was value indeed as line before match went to -2.00.

So, it’s even not that important when they did voided it, because OP cleary had a value, although I am sure it is after match because I had same situation with them in past, and their excuse was “provider’s decision, we can do nothing about that” if I remember well.

Shameful practice of any bookmaker to do so. At such bookmakers you first need to be lucky to win bet, then you need to be lucky to they settle your bet as won.

First of all, I have to say that any theories about the odds being "wrong" in an event like MLB are ridiculous. It is not a small market like the Bulgarian second basketball league, but a market that can absorb millions of dollars without any problems.

Therefore, it is a real mystery to me why the author of this thread made such a bet at any crypto casino, instead of for example at Pinnacle where a click is probably $50.000 and more.

What BC.game did is just an demonstration that anyone on the internet can open a casino, get a license for a few thousand dollars, invest in promos also few thousands, and in this way literally rip off anyone for any amount. There is absolutely no valid explanation for voiding someone's winning MLB, NBA, NFL, or any other big-market bet.

If I can help the author in any way, I would be very happy to do so, and the advice for the future is to play such bets at places like Pinnacle, Asian agents like Sportmarket, etc.

72 hours passed, account not verified, withdrawal not paid. I don't see the point of even asking for KYC if they can't review the documents within a reasonable time. Live Support is totally useless, the only thing they know is to give empty platitudes, they don't know any concrete information. First they gave me an estimated time of 24 hours, then 48 hours, then 72 hours. All deadlines have been exceeded.

This bookie tend to void winning sportsbets. I bet live, and at the time the bets were canceled my team had a big lead. Contacted them on Live-chat, and asked why they voiding bets when my team have big lead, they told me I will get reply on mail by their sports section. I doubt they will settle it correctly, probably some excuse. However, will update here their reply.

Everything I am going to write is about sports betting. This is probably the worst bookmaker when it comes to sports betting. What they are doing is, to put it mildly, criminal. The number of void bets is incredibly large. Of course, all and one winning bets. As for my experience, if they don't settle the bet within 10 minutes, it will be void.

When you ask them why void, the answer will be something like this.

Second screnshoot is void just about 10 minutes ago.  Let's compete guys, who can get more voids in a day on this so called bookie? 

There really are no real words to describe what they are doing. I don't know absolutely any other bookmaker to act like this on the vast majority of losing bets on them.

However, to make matters worse. What I heard from my two different friends (who have no relationship with each other) just terrified me. They both had about $ 1000 + in their account, and in one of them someone made a withdrawal, and in the other one someone played Black Jack. As morbid as this sounds, someone else has probably had cases like this. Of course, when you go to chat, they will tell you that someone has entered your account, and that there is nothing they can do about it.
