They're all in various states of condition, curious what the average price might be for these, should I auction/sell as a job-lot and is eBay a good option?

Peeled Casascius coins tend to vary in value quite a bit. Not only for what type of Casascius coin it is, but often depending on the current “market temperature”. Rising bitcoin prices, new collectors entering the market during bull runs etc tend to cause an upswing in value. Their value also depends on if you still have a hologram with/on the coin and how good of shape it is in ( as well as how good of shape the coin is in, of course). For example, these coins you have tend to sell anywhere from $40-200 without a hologram and with it you tend to see $150 and up. So like many collectibles the market is always changing.
As to where to sell it? I think you will get a fairly similar return selling it here or ebay. No selling fees here however.

If you're trying to sweep a significant amount of money, you can simply run a LiveCD (Linux) and install Electrum on it or, maybe just buy a hardware wallet, it's much safer.

It's true, if you can't secure your device, seeds, and private keys then no machine is secure. Even on Electrum, there was a hack attempt a few months back. If you are wondering to handle a big amount then it's strongly advisable to move into a hardware wallet. You can use Electrum with 2FA but you need to spend a few extra fees. I wouldn't recommend paper wallets for various reasons especially change address issues. Online:Install Electrum on your PC.
Import your address to create a watch-only wallet.
Preview the transaction, Copy the unsigned transaction. Put it on a USB stick.
Offline and running without hard drive storage:
Get a Linux LIVE DVD. Use Knoppix for instance, or any other distribution that comes with Electrum pre-installed.
Unplug your internet cable. Close the curtains. Reboot your computer and start up from that DVD. Don't enter any wireless connection password. Keep it offline.
Start Electrum. Import your private key.
Copy your unsigned transaction from the USB stick, load it into Electrum.
CHECK the transaction in Electrum. Check the fees, check the amount, check all destination addresses (character by character.
If all is okay, sign the transaction. Copy it back to your USB stick.
Turn off the computer. That wipes the Live LINUX from memory and all traces are gone.
Online:
Use your normal online Electrum to (check again and) broadcast the transaction.
Bonus:
After moving all your Bitcoin, and once the transaction confirmed, check if you own Forkcoins.

I'm the original designer of this artwork and the hi resolution vector prints are only available in my Redbubble store.
If you find one anywhere else its going to be a poor low resolution copy.
Would like to sell for bitcoin, but as I'm not able to print a large run of these, have to settle for third party printing service.
As an early Casascius buyer/holder I viewed these coins as nice memorabilia items and didnt think of getting Chain of custody for future authentication.
Obviously with the high value these coins have now it's becoming something both seller and buyer want assurance on.
So if a seller doesnt have chain of custody would the next best solution be to have the coins in question checked by trusted experts? Eg: Hologram, coin pressing, ink used etc.
Suggestions for other methods to authenticate?
Post some photos here with the public key blurred if need be. We can take a look at the coin and hologram and let you know.

Thanks for offer. Thing is that I'm confident that they are original as got them directly from Mike . It is more to prove authenticity to a buyer and give them confidence when a deal is being done.
