Another question: Should I open electrum first and from the menu open some terminal to execute these commands? or do I have to open the regular Linux terminal?

You can use -D to change the Electrum datadir and -w to use a custom wallet file path.
Code:
-D ELECTRUM_PATH, --dir ELECTRUM_PATH
-w WALLET_PATH, --wallet WALLET_PATH
-w WALLET_PATH, --wallet WALLET_PATH

to clarify: ELECTRUM_PATH should be something like this: /home/user/.New folder/whatever?
should it be in quotes?
or ELECTRUM_PATH is an environment variable that must be specified inside some configuration file?

Finally, do you think that the price has a ceiling? what would be? 1 million usd?
What would happen according to you when that ceiling was reached? Would it collapse to less than half, or would it remain more or less stable?

The question shouldn't be: will it survive? for me, it should be: how much will it be worth in 10 years? $100k $500k or less than $1k due to pressure from governments / bankers. or perhaps because a new crypto coin appears that is superior and more popular ...

If Nem is worth $ 0.28 with 1 Bitcoin at $7340
it means: 1 xem = 0.000038BTC
that is much less than the current value.
I believe that if 1 BTC = $ 7340 then 1 xem should be worth in 2018 at least 0.0001BTC or about $ 0.7
