I was wondering if anyone has actually downloaded the Windows Wallet, and if so, is it safe?  I downloaded it but have not unzipped it yet.  There are 4 application files in the zip file, which one is for creating a wallet?  I just want to make sure that it is a safe file to be running on my computer.

Well I tried emailing them a few times asking about this.  I was well within the first million wallets.  I got my answer.  Complete Bullshit.  
I tried posting a screenshot of the email they sent back to me saying no one will be getting the reward, but I honestly don't know how.  If someone can reply to tell me how, I will.
