BOOM的立项是一次社会实验，旨在探索极端紧缩型货币在市场中的影响，验证其对冲Token世界急速通货膨胀的效能。BOOM的原始机制简单明了：每笔链上BOOM转账发生时，转账BOOM量的1%将被自动销毁。代币初始总量10亿，永不增发，只会一直缩减。

从比特币和莱特币的产量减半，所产生的市场预期来看，流通量缩减往往与价值提升紧密关联。而BOOM的紧缩模型，相比于比特币、莱特币等，则更加极端，它是Token总量的直接缩减。

随着BOOM的用户增多和流通加快，其销毁也将加速；同时，由于转出即有销毁，对于买入后再卖出者，心理报价会自然提升，也使用户在BOOM价值上升过程中，更倾向于持币。
