In episode 043, Bruce revealed that he was going to be visiting the Cerulean Tower in Shibuya, where MtGox is headquartered. In this video, he was already well aware that people were outing him on a lot of his past, and a noticeable amount of the Skype footage contained some attempt at character salvation by him. But he also said that he'd try to get as much film out of being in MtGox's presence as possible and that it would take some time for him to do so. Is it possible to get MagicalTux or another rep to weigh in on whether or not Bruce really showed up at or near MtGox office space at the Cerulean Tower?

Part of me really wants to see him attempt to continue as a talking head for Bitcoin. I'm not worried about him running out of funds to continue onlyonetv.com, but rather if he thinks it's possible for him to hide in Japan from the people who know better about his practices. Metropolitan police know how to deal with white collar fugitives.

At best it can be made known to the courts that these large caches of Bitcoins he possesses/possessed were of intrinsic value and he willingly stalled on exchanging them for USD despite all of the fees and damages he has been expected to pay.

.co.cc is probably what was being referred to. It's not a TLD in itself, but a South Korean company specializing in free web domains provided under the co.cc TOS. Sites registered with these domains will look like x.co.cc, where x is the domain name you provided at the moment of registration. Sites registered here are also removed from Google search results, which you can use to somewhat augment your privacy.

As for the ideal domain/VPS integration you want to use, you're probably going to keep getting vague answers until people know exactly what you want to use the site for. Unless you're involved in illicit drugs, porn, or plan to have a static repository for copyrighted material, I don't think you have enough reason to be concerned about federal law enforcement touching your online content.


His site could be down or unusable for inexcusable amounts of time owing to the heavy traffic transmitted over Tor, just saying. Additionally, any interruption in Tor service on his end would disrupt the site.

Bold Funding began in 2004 as a startup between Wagner and a co-founder. By his own admission, it didn't last to anywhere near the time of the first Bitcoin release. That's due to either his incompetence, actual criminal practices committed under the Bold Funding banner, or both.

Lurker breaking my silence. I'm not sure if you noticed it, but running that analogy and comparing the community and interests of Bitcoin to a daycare would have been less accurate just a few days ago before Wagner became a trending topic.
