It won't be easy and there is only a window of 4 weeks before the website host destroys his personal data (name, contact details). Action needs to be taken quickly to discover who is behind both cryptoclone and cryptiply.
Do elaborate....
They would have never used real names with their registrar... these people are smart and experienced. They pump out sites like this daily. These sites are genius ponzis, I wish there was a way to catch them but you would need goverment tools to track them down behind all their proxys
I reported these guys to FBI. It might take some time but they are official on the FBI cyber crime radar. Which means they are being investigated. We will see these guys in the news They got me for 7k. I'll pay 7k to see scum like this get sent to prison
IM FROM THE UK THEY GOT ME FOR $70K I WAS BITTHECOLLECTER. THAT POST FROM THEM IS NONSENSE THEY HAD ME OFF THE LEADERBOARD SINCE FRIDAY LOCKED OUT AND ZERO INVESTS SHOWING. IF WE ALL GET TOGETHER WE CAN GET A SUBPOENA SERVED TO THE LEGAL ENTITY INCORP SERVICES TO DECLARE THE IDENTITIES OF THE REAL PEOPLE BEHIND IT.
LMAO, they say that hackers took control of their "server" yet they still have access to their e-mail? Where is the server located? Unplug the damn thing if it actually got hacked (which it didnt)
They changed both of my payout addresses for my 2 open investments as well. The company is supposedly registered in Delaware, US-- you can find their info on the Delaware SOS website here (or at the beginning of this thread where CryptoClone scammily 'verifies' their legitimacy): https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/Ecorp/EntitySearch/NameSearch.aspx
The phone number listed on this is for INCORP Services, Inc., which is registering agent that provides incorporating services to businesses. Under the assumption that CryptoClone used INCORP to set up their LLC, I called the listed number, got an INCORP operator on the phone, and asked for CryptoClone. They said that they did not know anything about CryptoClone, and couldn't find them in their system.
I don't know much about the legal obligations under which these companies must operate, but since CryptoClone owns a web domain, and they have a landing page on Delaware's SOS site, they have established some amount of public legitimacy, and we should be able to take legal action against them for robbing us all blind. Does anyone know things about this? Lawyers, hackers, and other idiots (like me) who sent these thieves money, unite! I will keep snaking around and let you guys know if I am able to dig up any information.
Who knows what country the operators actually live in.. that would be a start.
You will not receive a penny more from them... once the timer gets to the end it will be stuck on "processing". Look at the all investments page and you will see.
ALL PAYMENTS STUCK ON PROCESSING AND LIVE CHAT NO LONGER AVAILABLE. LETS FIND WHO RAN THIS SCAM.
good luck, they would have made 100's of BTC's from this.
you will never see your money again most likely.
But you can have a go at the places that advertised for them, they would have known it was a scam but took the money for advert banners anyway.
Yea, I wonder what we can do in regards to the places that advertised this scam. Let's take down coinmarketcap, they obviously knew this was a scam. Another scam site (fairpumps.net) was also promoting this.
Guys, the domain will be siezed just like their last website cryptiply, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1967658.0. They are dumb enough to register a .com domain owned by the US. It is an illegal offshore investment ponzi. It WILL be seized again.
Guys, dont be foolish. If they could make 350% every 2 weeks for themselves they could be the richest people on earth in less than 6 months using their own "system" HAHAHA
