Forum population has quite significant range of opinions and tastes, but it doesnt mean that it can fit yours (if you care of course, and not just blindly follow someones choice).

I would suggest to open Coinmarketcap and to check within top 50 coins - historical data (prices, volumes), project websites, useful links in social networks etc.
For example you will see that suggested ICX is currently did not fell a lot from its ATH (comparing to some other popular coins)
Spend few hours of your time and you will have more or less clear picture about top projects.
Most people have those coins in portfolios.

Im using current dip to add more ADA and XLM to my portfolio. Maybe CND if it will fell for ~15-20%.

Long time.. really?
Mid-November BTC was traded on the 6k levels.. and no one complaint that it grew up to 16k just in few weeks. That was just 2,5 months ago.

Note that within past month community has been feeding by "media" with a bad news regularly, like once per week for sure.. china, regulation, india, tether audit. Simply looks like manipulations or like some big money are entering the market.
Use this chance to buy some more with a discount and be patient.

I have started on Bitstamp because it is considered as a reliable exchange. But it cant offer variety of trading pairs.
For the past year had no any issues with it, but to be fair did not deposited/withdraw fiat from it, but lot of my pals did and so far everything is fine.

For different altcoins you can check Binance, Huobi, Kucoin.
I can leave my comments only about Binance. For a time of being there had no issues at all - pretty fast and user friendly interface, place/cancel orders without delays, convenient mobile app.

It is hard to make any conclusions on how this can improve trading due to timely sent signals for top exchanges listings.
Maybe in few weeks when market will stop bleeding.

 

System is not perfect yet, some good post were missed, some of lower quality were merited. Give it some time.
But overall this should stop rank farming.

Still you can read and search high quality content on the forum.
I really do hope that merit system will show itself as a filter and will remove tons of shit-threads and clone-threads.. or at least will make their amount lower.

I was buying @0.18-0.22 and have ~37% of my portfolio in XRP. Previously it was ~80% but i have sold half at good prices, fixed profit and invested into some other coins.
Remaining XRP are untouchable.

Correction back to 0.2 USD could be very interesting market move.
But it wont happen if recent news will find a confirmation in the meaning of successful implementation of technology. All of the recent announcements/rumors (MoneyGram, SBI, Santander, American Express etc) had no crucial impact on the XRP price.

But I would bet that "correction" to 0.2 will make people buy XRP like a hot cakes.

This could be one of the best advises ever and deserves to take its place in the first post.

Never ever wait for additional 1% price change if you already decided to enter into or to quit the trade, set limits and stop losses, otherwise everything can end up with higher loss, or of course higher profit.. but you would never know.

Using Blockfolio on IOS.
So far had no any issues. I know that for some new coins it can go crazy and shows some unreal amounts, but it is unknown if its blockfolio issue or exchange provides wrong data.

For me it do what it has to - tracks prices and shows PnL. But alerts doesnt seem to work fine, at least in my particular case - I tried to set it for a few times but for every coin i received notice with 10 minutes delay, that makes it pointless.

I dont understand why so much negativity around XRP?
Centralized? So what? People keep investing in crypto to have some profit, so does it matters whether it comes from BTC/ETH/NEO/ADA/any_other_coin or from XRP? Speculate, buy it, sell it, take your PnL.

I do believe in Ripple future maybe more than in any other crypto project, not even in terms of XRP price, but its overall value for global financial system.

I know a lot of people that have a turnover more than 300k USD, so its the matter of profitability.
If to assume that 200k investment (lets say CND costs 1 USD) can increase someones monthly profit at least for 15% on average I guess investing worth it.
But of course low-cost flight already departure...

Btw, thanks for feedback for beginners bot version, I am hodling 2k CND and was thinking to increase it to 5k in order to try it but had some strong doubts. Now my doubts are gone.

Of course considering that available on the web info is real - accuracy of their bot forecasts is above 60%.

But main issue is that obtaining of "optimal" info costs 200k CND (~44k USD as of now). Just for the info - minimum "beginner package" costs 5k CND.
*by optimal i mean trading package that provides more often and precise info on price movements and indicators

I guess major movements of CND price would happen not after good or bad news about project development/partnerships/etc, but after comprehensive official reports that their forecasts increasing accuracy and outcome for traders.

Me personally entered into XRP @0.2 USD, but since 3.05 and down to 1.25 i was selling some to invest in other interesting coins.
I dont believe that XRP will reach 5 USD, not in 2018, or not earlier than partnership with some major companies would be announced (e.g. MoneyGram is not such company).
Left few k XRP for a long term. If it recover back to 3 USD it would be perfect.
