Re: PhoenixMiner 5.5c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux)

Nicehash excavator doesn't charge any fee, so they don't make more money from removing Phoenix.

"Excavator is a very lite NVIDIA mining software developed and signed by NiceHash. It delivers competitive hashrate performance and most importantly it has a 0% fee, unlike other 3rd party miners which generally charge a 1% development fee!"

Hey guys, is this the best nvidia miner? I've been mining for a some time now, but never with nvidia. As I read in other threads, with T-Rex miner there are not that many stale/ incorrect shares?

For Octopus yes, by far

Thanks Mopar!

I am not familiar with Conflux, however, I would like to learn more.

How does Ballet choose which coins to add to their portfolio?

Do they have to surpass certain qualifications or can any coin's team pay a premium to have their coin put on wallets?

Huobi, Baidu, Sequoia, Chiness government invest in this coin, they have their own algorythm and Nicehash add it directly when he go out. I'm not surprise Ballet do the same, it's run by university teachers in computer engenering in Toronto and Shangai. It's huge in Asia, more than 1000 000 volume per day

First of all I thank you for sharing this news so that we can be careful.  Can you share the telegram link with us?

Cryptocurrency exchange hacks are becoming more and more common now a days. The security of the exchanges needs to be strengthened. We need to trade on high secured top level exchanges to protect our personal asset. Our asset should not be stored on the exchange for too many days.

from telegram

Update: 26th of December 2020 - 01:25 CET

Dear Altilly users,

Earlier this week. We've noticed suspicious activities on our Altilly servers.
After rebooting and checking the servers, we've noticed the same activity and a new system user being created on our servers.
Meaning that the system was hacked above OS level most likely using recue mode during the reboot.
We were still unsure what was going on and decided to move things over to a new hosting provider.

During the process, we've lost access to our servers at our previous hosting provider, including the database, wallets and codebase of Altilly.
We are investigating what is going on and what has been saved so far.
We are not sure yet if funds are lost.
We are still waiting for final analysis from the current hosting provider.
We will keep you posted.

I buy the same Gygabyte RX590 gaming Rev2 at black friday and it's just horrible... stock i have these speed... i didn't understand how you can have 27.5 on ETC, i have 10 on Clay and 15 on phoenix...
You have to switch on compute mode in drivers. It will give you 25-26 mh/s even without BIOS mod. Then try to use strap 1 and rxboost options in Claymore miner.

OMG, you fix my card!!!! All of that just because of an advance option to change.... A huge thanks for your help!!

Hi.

I'm running into an issue here. I recently bought an RX 590 (Gigabyte) and it has apparently a new set of Samsung memories (K4G80325FC) which are unrecognized in PBE 1.7.2 for the "one-click mod".

I would vastly appreciate if this could be made to my card, the BIOS mod.

If it is any help, it is a "Revision 2.0" model of the RX590 from Gigabyte.

Any extra information you could need I could provide.

I am only achieving 27.5 MH/s in ETH/ETC Claymore/Phoenix, when I was doing 30.5 MH/s on my old Asrock RX 580 (8 GB)

I am highly interested in making this work for these cards for everybody, so if you guys need any extra information about the card, just ask away.

Many thanks,

Juan. - Buenos Aires, Argentina

Poloniex are afraid about legal status of this coin in the USA, trade stopped for US citizens at May 29.

Geofencing assets for US customers
On Wednesday, May 29th, at 16:00 UTC, the markets for ARDR, BCN, DCR, GAME, GAS, LSK, NXT, OMNI, and REP will be disabled for Poloniex customers in the US. All assets remain available for trading to customers outside the US. Once geofenced, you will be able to withdraw these assets from your wallet for as long as we support the asset globally. You will not, however, be able to see your deposit address or generate a new deposit address.

We are committed to complying with regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction. Today’s action is a result of regulatory uncertainty in the US market. Specifically, it is not possible to be certain whether US regulators will consider these assets to be securities. We understand how frustrating this choice is, and will continue to focus time and energy on supporting positive policy and regulatory developments for crypto assets in the US and around the world.Posted by The Poloniex Team at 2019-05-16 21:20:46
