Bit instant has had over a week to compensate me for the price of the coin and refund me my fees as promised by 2 seperate bitinstant representatives. This company is awful at communication and might as well be stealing peoples funds. Send your business else where i just used bitfloor for the first time and had a great experience some of you might not believe it but they got me my funds in UNDER 30 minutes. Send your business else where and stop supporting this awful customer service.

No nothing i will never use bit instant again this is complete crap. Woulda been better off burning my money.

This is absurd i might be on the way to new york if bit instant does not start making some progress today they straight up lied to me saying the funds would be manually sent out. GUESS WHAT slowbit is being slow again and I still do not have my funds. Im not one to rant on bitinstant but this is crazy. Please get me my funds.

Anybody receive those funds from the error message yet? It has already been 3 hours or so since the email closing in on 5 clock.

Just got an email they are manually processing everyones order for the error message u must be logged in or whatever.

Since im new to the site i can only post here. Yesterday i did a local cash deposit to get money on my mtgox account. Bitinstant sent me this as the voucher to redeem my money on gox account. Now its been 24 hours and as bitinstants slogan is "time is money" im losing money and i cant believe i paid for this bit coins in under and hour because obviously that is a total lie.

I have also tried live chat phone email etc nothing.
