I still think that Bitsler is the best crypto casino in the web.
But there is 1 thing that I cant understand.
I dont use faucet, dont converse in chat, I play using seuntjie-bot.
I did many withdrawals. But only 1 or 2 time it was instant. 1 or 2 times!  Others was pending and waiting 1-2-3-4-5 hours.
And now, current situation, I need money, I made withdrawl part of balance, got "pending", waited, nothing happened. After 2 hour I found money and sent message to support using support button to cancel my withdraw. Now more than 4 hours passed - NOTHING, still pending, no part of balance, no withdrawl transaction.
Bayrom and Bitsler's staff. I understand that you have a lot of work, but if you have an increasing audience you need more staff.
Be honest please. On 1 page of site I see - instant deposit, instant withdrawl, support 7/24. It's all a lie.
I dont need support 7/24 (7/25 or 7/26) - it means nothing if I need wait several hours every time.
Please be Honest and you will Remain the Best Casino.
