Thanks for the link. The PSU's I'm selling have an 8 year warranty left on them where as the factory refurbished ones come with only a 1 year warranty (something of value especially in the mining space). Not sure if that justifies the price difference in my mind yet, but it's still worth pointing out.

Hi Jerelimz - I've included a link to the requested image. http://www.mediafire.com/view/23p02drnq8zopc9/psu.jpg
The PSU's are shipping out from Helena, Montana and shipping is included in the cost. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Hi Kilo,
Can you send me a link to where it's available for $269? From what I've seen on ebay and Amazon $330 was undercutting.

All the best

Hey All,
I'm selling 47 EVGA 1600W PSU's that I were using for my mining operation. They are in great working condition and selling for $330 off of Ebay (free shipping). Recently electricity hikes have made mining less profitable so I'm looking to offload these PSU's.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-Supernova-1600W-PSU-Gold-G2-For-Antminer-S9-/122512431270?

If anyone is interested in it, please let me know. Will take BTC as well as payment.

All the best

Re: Single Phase verse 3 Phase

Hi Sidehack,
Thx for taking the time to answer the question. Wish I had done this research the first go around Smiley In general, do folks who go 240v save a substantial amount of money for electricity compared to those running 120v?

TxSteve,
Got it. I've been running just 1 S9 off one circuit so if I'm understanding correctly balancing is not an issue in those cases?

NotFuzzyWarm,
Thanks

Txsteve,
thx for the reply. I'm new to the electricity lingo world but know the basics. I have a few follow up questions if you don't mind. What actually makes the 240V versus 120V better and how does one "balance" the circuits? For example, if someone was using 120v and just ran their S9 miner at home off a standard 15amp circuit, how does the balancing come into play? Thanks again

NotFuzzyWarm,
Much thanks for the detailed explanation. It was really helpful. If it's a single phase that gets split into 120V circuits, what are the consequences from a mining standpoint of the "balancing act" you mentioned?

Thanks for the reply. I'm thinking of at least 30-40 kw per day. Could you tell me the reason why going with 3 phase would be better?

Single Phase verse 3 Phase

Hey all,
I'm looking to set up shop for a mining operation. The places that I'm considered are powered by a co-op which appears to charge less for residential rates than it does commercial. However, the only way to ensure a residential rate (as I'm told) is if you are using single phase electricity. For this reason alone, I'd like to go with the single phase but don't know enough about everything to make that decision based on just the price difference. Can someone please share with me the main differences of single phase versus 3 phase set ups as it effects BTC mining?
Thanks a bunch

Hi Klarki,
Thanks for the interest. The miners will be shipped from Helena, MT and I can offer them at $275 for purchases of 5 or more. As far as guarantees go, if any machines arrive DOA or have any issues (2 weeks), the buyer can send it back for a replacement or a full refund. When it comes to business, I know that what goes around comes around and I always strive to do things harmoniously. If you'd like to buy them via Ebay which offers a 30-day buyer protection program, you can check out my listing here. The price is listed at $300 to account for Ebay fees. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions.
All the best.

Selling 11 S7's Miners Batch 1

Hey All,

Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but I'm selling 11 S7 miners (Batch 1) that are all in excellent condition. Recent electricity hikes have made them less profitable so I'm looking to offload them. They've been running in a temperature controlled warehouse and all the hashboards are running great with no X's. Each machine is going for $290 with buyer paying shipping. Discount available for bulk purchases.
If you have any questions about them, do let me know.

Thanks,

Selling 15 S7's (B1) at $350 each
by
mountainminer333
on 06/02/2017, 21:23:52 UTC
Hey all,
Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in purchasing 15 S7's at $350 each. I actually have more but wanted to get a feel for the current demand. I've had no problems with these machines and they've been running in a temperature controlled warehouse, but a recent electricity rate hike in my area has made it so that they aren't nearly as profitable anymore. If anyone has questions about them or is interested, please let me know.
Thanks,

Hey all,
Was looking to get the community's feedback on an issue I've been experiencing with one of my S9's. One of the hashboards will xxxxxx out after being on a few hours. The PCB is 61C and the Chip is 90C. Each time I do a soft reset of the miner, the hashboard will work again but then stop after a few hours, sometimes less. I was thinking it may be a heat thing, but those temperatures appear ok. I've attached a screenshot. Quick note, it says it's running at 39,000 GH which is of course incorrect. I base the speed on the average reading. Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks all

Hey Fusion,
The boards had X'd out and then upon reboot, would simply not show. For example, one of my S9's will only hash with 2 boards instead of 3 and the hashrate is around 8.6th. I've sent some boards back to Bitmain already (under warranty), but given the wait time and high international shipping costs, I was looking to fix it myself. I'm familiar with the troubleshooting process, but wanted to know about actually fixing a board.
Thanks,
MM

Hey all,
Can anyone recommend a good source for folks trying to fix an S9 hashboard. I've had some boards go bad and wanted to get an idea of the technical know-how required to troubleshoot a board. Any assistance or references to credible resources would be much appreciated.
Thanks all,
MM
