Thats why you shouldnt be mining with Windows. You will have nothing but problems with the different drivers, updates, and all that garbage. Mine with a linux system and you can just let it run for months without even looking at it.
You may need a headless/dummy HDMI plug, or try seeing if you have auto sleep or hibernate on. If its the former just searching dummy HDMI plug for sale on Google should yield results.
