if it was your own coin, I guess you could stop an address using the network. but that would require consensus of all nodes and also hard fork just to stop addresses is pretty well... pointless. scammers will use another address, you will be always forking.

Виталик считая допустил огромную стратегическую ошибку спасая свой крупняк, хотя может и выбора у него небыло. Особенно теперь, когда появилась альтернатива. Надеюсь хакер не будет сиси мять и сольет все одной котлетой
Альтернатива? А кто будет поддерживать эту ветку? Выпускать обновления для кошельков? создавать новый продукт? Кто?
