it has started last week, and it happens only with phoenix miner.. i cant change miner because i know dual mining only with this miner, which works with zill, so i dont want o change miner, please help

Have you finally try a Linux Mining OS?. There are several free that will sure work better than W10.

That is GPU 0 that is showing 0.00 hash.
Probably need to watch miner output when it starts to see error message why its not hashing.
Is gpu0 a 4gb rx580? Also is your driver anywhere near current?
Windows uses some of the memory of the first video card for some reason (linux does not suffer this).
Post up what the miner is showing when spinning up and any error message it is showing about gpu0.
Also your command line.
1) no its 8gb
2) driver is crimson beta old version (but it worked 1 week ago with no problems)
3) miner stil works with no error message
4) command line? can you explain what this means and how to post it
p.s i have updated to new driver but still the same.. and then downgraded again

how many cards? Try give 50-60gb
6 gpu in each rig.

8Gb per card = 8192Mb vm space needed
8192Mb * 6 cards = 49125Mb vm space needed for the rig

My miner was running fine for 4months, since today im getting this error in phoenix miner
"Allocating buffers failed with: clCreateBuffer (-61)
Also it says "Increase Windows Page file size to at least 29GB to avoid out of memory errors and unexpected crashes"
My windows Page file size is at 40GB but it still just gives me these errors.
Anybody got a solution? Any thoughts are appreciated.

Testing version 1.20 with DUAL Mining EZIL... Using in my case a 2Miners pool ETH + EZIL for ZIL... 
It is important to have a stable rig, because if you have problems of cards going down on new DAG or too much undervolt, it can make stop working some card in the ZIL switch... If that happens look which card goes to 0 to increase the voltage for that card:

have you tried to mine zill in another pool? and what commant did you write in start.bat? did you use g4? (difficulty = 4)
The developer has leave some configs in the zip or tar files... for the 4 pools. I have do it with EZIL, for the simplicity but you can pick the pool that you want. The only requirement this version is that the ETH Pool has to be ETHPROXY, the ZIL pool can be ETHProxy or ETHV1.
lolMiner -a ETHASH --pool eth.altpool.pro --port 3840 --user [WALLET].[zil1...WALLET] --enablezilcache --ethstratum ETHPROXY
like this? and ethv1 is needed for nicehash as i know

have you tried to mine zill in another pool? and what commant did you write in start.bat? did you use g4? (difficulty = 4)

I am new to mining, and i now just exchanged old gpus for new RX580 8Gb and i just installed Nicehash miner i overclocked gpu but i get only about 0,00002 worth of btc which is equivalent of about 8MH/s and this gpu supposed to do about 30...
So Can someone tell me what should i do to have this full potencial? should i set it up somehow?
