Grats for your great winnings, although you need to wait for 2 weeks but at least you got it eventually. Indeed it is a bit too long for withdrawal under 1BTC hope they are improving it soon. I like this site to be honest, although I'm just a small gambler but long waiting for withdrawal is not good.
As far as we can see from our statistic there are only a few requests that are on the hold because of the investigation. All of the others are completed almost instantly.
Well, my experience says that sometimes your withdrawals are extremely fast but sometimes it takes too much time to process. You probably should do something with that until its too late.

Hhampuz is right, its just a matter of time when our fraud control department will detect multi-accounting and will suspend all accounts, especially if those accounts are created just to take advantage of promotional offers

Just wanna say my little review after playing on your site few times:
- Mobile version is better than your PC version, I can load all the game faster using mobile than using PC. Not really sure why, probably my mobile is better than my PC in case of RAM.
- The WINNING NOW feature to show recent winners is a bit annoying for me, maybe you can give us an option to disable it.
Suggestion:
- Deposit address changes after 1 deposit, loyal players usually save their deposit address on any sites so they can deposit without opening the site first. So it may result in wrong deposit address if they do not know that the deposit address changes. Give an option to use 1 deposit address only would be good IMO.
- Add more providers, I think microgaming is a good provider with many games and has low minimum bet as well.
- Regarding withdrawal as what I've said previously, you can keep the free fee withdrawal but give an option for players to pay the fee as they wish.

Just requested a small withdrawal, lets see how it goes. Anyway, a little bit surprised to see my balance is not adjusted because of the withdrawal request. I think it will be better if the balance is adjusted while the withdrawal is in pending status. So players can continue playing without worrying about the pending withdrawal as they still have "real" balance which will not affect the withdrawal. Just to avoid losing it while the withdrawal is not being processed.
Your withdrawal request has been successfully complete. Congrats with your luck! We do not freeze players balance while they have a withdrawal request so they can play easily. One thing you have to remember is not to overplay your balance =)

I know it will be confirmed but it will take longer than normal transaction with the recommended fee. Probably because you do not charge withdrawal fee so you send it with low fee. Any plans to charge withdrawal fee for faster confirmation? Some people needs to get their money fast, when there is a way to get it fast then they will prefer to pay some more satoshi for faster confirmation. Just my two cents
